There's a reason why Access Point Distribution has such great reviews! I cracked my iPhone 11 Pro screen this past week and found this place pretty quickly. I really wanted to find a place that uses genuine Apple parts. Young responded to me in less than 10 mins with a quote and let me know the process for getting the screen fixed. I went in (it's inside the AR Mart on the left right when you go in) and he ran the diagnostic test on my phone, showed me the results, and ordered the part right there! The screen came in within two days and it only took about 30 minutes for Young to finish everything. I love the screen protector he gave me and I was so happy with how honest and informative he was. I would come here again (hopefully I don't have to) and will be recommending to friends! read more

Ugh. I forgot to get the gentleman's name who helped me out. So I first messaged this business because I wanted a free quote on how much it'll take to repair an iPhone 7 screen for my boyfriend. He told me it was going to be $90 because the screen wasn't functioning at all. Which is very reasonable seeing how 3 different malls I went to wanted to charge me between $115 and $140!!! So with the quote of $90, I was already sold. This place is kind of hard to find because it's actually inside the A.R. Mart, near the Paris Baguette and Chinese Palace. After my boyfriend and I dropped off his phone, he told us it was going to take about 30-40 mins so we just walked around the Asian market. It was like an indoor swap meet with a grocery store and mini food court. After checking in on Yelp, my phone died when I was trying to get the check in deal. When we felt like it was about time to pick up the phone, I told him that I couldn't pull up the check in, because my phone died and he was kind enough to say that he would honor the deal anyway. How cool! So I got a case for $5, a free temper glass screen protector, a durable charger, and the repair for $95! Definitely beats $115-$140. Seriously, come here to get your shit fixed! read more

I was quoted half of what a guy up the street was going to charge. When I got there the quote stayed the same to replace my screen. He kept my phone for a day and even put in another battery because mine was swelling and didn't charge me any extra. 5 star no hassle business! If you need phone repair go here. Thanks again! read more

Sent a Yelp request for a broken screen for an iPhone 14 pro. Young got back to me quick and was the cheapest option from the 10 other businesses I sent a request to. Went in to drop off my phone and he said it would be ready in 45 min. Came back and sure enough, phone looks like new!!! He couldn't have been any nicer and will definitely be referring him to friends and fam! Thanks Young! read more

I was in desperate need to replace my cracked 7S screen.... Young noticed it had been 3 years since he replaced it. He also suggested which phone I should get next. His service is exceptional! When he didn't have the specific screen I needed, he ensured he could get it by the next day. So I returned and he completed it in 30 minutes! Very convenient. Thank you!!! read more

Gent was able to have my IPhone 8 regular, screen cracked, fixed in an hour for generic screen $50. Inside the A. R. Market in the shopping center. Also they put a glass screen protector on. Free of charge. Screen is a little sensitive, made a call and it would pick up on the skin from my cheek. read more

Awesome service, cool guy. My wife's phone was taken here for a screen replacement last weekend. We were going to make an appointment but noticed nothing was available until the evening. So we took a chance and went later in the afternoon. Luckily he was available right away. He gave us 2 screen choices and was honest about both. Being that the OEM screen transmitted the colors as it left the factory, we opted for this screen. He advised us that it would take about 30mins or so. Luckily he is inside a Korean Supermarket so we did a bit of shopping and stocked up on snacks . Sure enough, after 20-25 minutes he was finished. Phone looked brand new and functioned as it should. He hooked it up with a screen protector and a charging cable. I see why he is highly rated and reviewed. Keep up the good work bud read more

I replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone by myself and for some reason, and it wouldn't turn on. I triple checked the connectors and cables but it still wouldn't turn on. I've replaced multiple screens by myself with no problem so I was really worried why it wasn't turning on. I was so scared that I had broken my phone's circuit board and would need to spend hundreds of dollars to repair! I found this place and was very satisfied with their service! They didn't try to scam me or tell me that there was severe damage on my phone. He inspected my phone and got it to turn it on! He said that there was likely a cable that wasn't connected all the way. He also told me that the tear in the ribbon cable would probably wear out over time and might need replacement, in which, by that time, I'd probably get a new phone anyways! He didn't charge me for his inspection even after I tried to offer it, so I appreciate his service so much! I will definitely be bringing my future electronics here as well as my family and friends' techs! read more

Young was super awesome! He was very efficient and friendly. I was able to leave class and get back on time without my professor wondering where I went. The place was about 10 minutes away from my school and he took about 25-30 minutes to complete the screen change. While he was working on my phone, he was able to keep a conversation and made me feel sure about my decision about coming here. After he completed fixing my screen, he provided me with a temper glass screen protector and a USB charging cable. Overall I was pleased with the service I received. I would recommend coming here and will send my friends his direction. Tip: the location is inside of a super market in case you have trouble finding the store. read more

I had dropped my phone and badly cracked my screen, and was in desperate need of a repair. I called around and most places were charging $140 to repair my iPhone 6 Plus. I called Young and he quoted me $110 and when I went in, if you check in on Yelp, offered other discounts. The repair took about 15 minutes and after he made me QA the phone to make sure the phone and camera worked properly. I thought that was an extra step of great service! Not only was the value of his service exceptional, he was very clear and sweet! My phone is now like brand new!! I highly recommend coming to Young for quick, thorough, and excellent skills & service! PS. They're located in AR Mart! read more

He recognized the crack was in the protective glass & not the screen. He quickly & professionally changed it out. Thank you!

I took my iPhone screen to get repaired. The owner initially said the screen would have lifetime warranty, as long as it had no scratches or cracks. Within a week the digitizer had issues and he replaced it but after a few months I started having issues with the touch screen and finally got a white bright line across the whole screen. I called about getting this fixed and he said it was not covered, that I would need to buy a new one. So the lifetime is not really lifetime, I guess and it has not been a year since the repair. My loss is his bad review. Cost of doing business. read more

Young is amazing. Very personable, patient, and his prices are super reasonable! He charged me less than any quote I received on Yelp! I have a Blackberry Keyone, and most cell phone repair shops have not even heard of this phone, none of them have the parts to fix it, and even fewer have worked on this phone. Young had worked on two Keyones before mine, which may not sound like much, but from my research he was the most experienced guy for the job! I brought the part (purchased on eBay) for him to repair the phone, and he said it would take an hour because this particular phone is very difficult to put back together. He called me 30 mins later and I honestly was worried something had gone wrong with the repair.. but he told me he was done! :) It's only been a few days, but honestly if there's any issues with this repair it's the phone's shoddy workmanship, not Young's. This phone is a POS, and prone to the screen popping out/breaking. If I ever need another phone repair, I will definitely make the drive out here again! read more

The owner Young is very nice and professional. He s very responsive and was quick to reply. The material he uses are legit from apple! My iPad Pro was cracked and bent at the corner but he was able to fix it perfectly. The price was very reasonable!! 10/10 would recommend & come back in the future! read more

Young did an excellent job fixing my phone. I cracked (almost shattered really) the screen on my galaxy s20 ultra. He was able to completely replace the screen. Super quick response on yelp. Got a quote for battery replacement for my galaxy s10 at $60, and that's what it cost to get the service when I took it in. My phone ended up not working because it had overheated and basically fried itself, and Young was nice enough to refund me for the battery replacement without me asking or anything. Obviously very knowledgeable, nice and good at running this business. I will come back here next time there is something wrong with my phone, and I recommend this place. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! I found this company after looking through multiple phone repair stores. This store has the MOST 5 star reviews AND was the CHEAPEST!!!! I broke my Samsung Note 10 glass and was quoted a great price. After leaving my phone for 2 days I picked it up and the quality of my new glass was PERFECT!!! They even gave me a FREE case for my phone! Once I got home I noticed the quality sound on the ear piece portion was off. When I was speaking to someone on the phone the sound was very low and they sounded far away. I messaged the phone company and they were kind enough to look at it. Upon examination it was a super easy fix to the issue NO CHARGE and the owner was very kind in helping me fix the problem. I would definitely rate this company HIGHER than 5 stars if I could! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY IN FIXING MY PHONE!! read more

This is the first time I ever cracked my phone in my entire life, so naturally I was bummed and upset. Much to my luck, I needed it for an important call within an hour of that time. I looked up the nearest phone repair shop and am so beyond delighted I found Access Point Distribution. The owner let me know in advance it was in the shopping plaza, so right away I knew where it was. Easy! When I arrived his booth is right by the front entrance. Very Nice! Of course he's working on a project but is courteous enough to explain to me my options and to fix my phone right away. He estimated 20 minutes, and was pretty spot on given the tiny little pieces he needed to disassemble and reassemble. Everything about the visit cheered me up from my past hour of anxiety and frustration. Having Yelp definitely saved me this time. I would highly recommend coming here if you need to get your phone fixed. I didn't know if I needed to get my whole phone replaced, and knowing there's affordable options to save your phone really puts you at ease. He even put the protective shatter proof shield on my phone prior to checking me out. What a darling. I'm so relieved and had a great experience, I almost forgot I totally smashed my phone the same day. read more

Came here back in March because I shattered my phone screen when I dropped it on my way out of the car. Messaged a few places and Young, the owner responded super quickly with a REALLY good quote. Brought my iPhone 5S in the next day, got it fixed in 20 min and he gave me a free temper glass with it. Got a great discount for checking in on Yelp too! I just get really lazy about writing reviews on yelp but my dad also just cracked his iPhone 6 screen yesterday and I referred him to here and Young was super nice and helped him out for a great price and a free case for the iPhone 7 he just got shipped in! THANK YOU! :) read more

I had issues with my phone screen display - it was green/purple and fuzzy. The access point staff informed me that it was either the glass screen itself or hardware issue. They went ahead and changed the glass screen out for me and even added a screen protector with no extra cost! It was a very fast service and very straightforward. I will definitely give them a call if I have any other phone issues. read more

The pricing was affordable. My iPhone 6 screen cracked so I decided to get it fixed here. I got mine fixed before at another store and they charged me $60 for a generic screen already, but here they charged $50 for the generic one and $60 for the high quality one. I went with the $60 & got my battery changed for another $30. Young was the person who helped fix my phone and he was super friendly. After my phone was fixed, Young put on the tempered glass on my phone for free! (Keep in mind I didn't mention the yelp check-in to him.). He also gave me a charging cable for free :) Can't be any more satisfy with his service. My phone feels a big different between the old generic screen I cracked and the one I just got from him. Highly recommend. read more

Young once again proved to be a professional at what he does! I can't say anything but great things about his service. My wife had a black screen on her iPhone X. We tried the typical hard reset, and nothing. We were able to hear sound, felt the phone vibrating, but could not get the screen to work. Messaged Young at 10PM at night, figured he would respond the next day, but nope! responded within a few minutes and gave us a quote. I went the next morning right when he opened, told me he could replace the screen and informed me about getting the generic screens compared to the apple certified ones. I'm sure not many businesses would give that type of heads up, it is very appreciated! it only took Young 30 minutes to fix the screen. My wife's phone works perfectly again. Thanks Young for your kindness and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend his business! read more

I had 2 iPhones that needed repairs. One was dead, and the other one had its screen cracked. I wanted to know if the dead phone could come back to life, and if it didn't, I needed the screen off the dead phone to replace the other iPhone's cracked screen. Young understood my issues clearly, and delivered the optimal repair. The dead phone didn't come back after all which wasn't surprising since Apple couldn't do it either, so he switched out the screens. He gave me a tempered glass screen cover and charging cable cord for checking in on Yelp. He was very friendly and personable. He even gave me a discount from the initial repair quote. This shop is close to my home, so I'll definitely return for more services should I encounter any electronic issues in the future. He also repairs computers. read more

Made contact through Yelp. Asked price for shattered iPhone 7 screen. He gave me price and that was exactly what he charged when I walked out the next day with a brand new screen and screen saver, $70. He said give him 30 minutes and he was done in 30 minutes.
