Once again (I live in a 50+ year old house) I am thrilled at the service I received from this company. In this case, Steve #3 took the time, and had patience with me, as he fixed my toilet tank - and today it works PERFECTLY! Steve wraps his expertise up in a kind, caring and humorous personality that, like sunrise and sunset, you can ALWAYS count on. He listens, he helps, his manner is always that of service, and he has always gotten it right with my family. The prices are always fair and competitive and the service (at least for me) never needs a return call - in other words, they get it right the first time. You may be able to find a cheaper company out there, or one that promises the moon and stars, but I can tell you this: I have been on this earth long enough to know I want excellent, I want promises kept, I want money where mouth is, and I want it fixed correctly with no hassles. And that is exactly why I will always call Accent Plumbing. Call, Come, Fix, Done. read more

This company was previously a plumbing supply business that I have used for 30 years to supply me with honey-do projects around the house. They have always had exactly what i needed and have generously advised me many times over those years. Imagine my dismay when I went to find plumbing pieces and parts to try to redo a recent plumbing company's work at my home, and found out that they have converted to a plumbing service. Since I had used them for parts for 30 years and knew them to be honest, I asked them to fix the problem. They fixed the problem next day at a very reasonable price. I have used them several times over the last year (most recently to replace my whole house filter) and my experience has been excellent. Service is quick, prices are very competitive, people are nice and helpful and the work never has to be repeated. I have definitely found MY plumbers and recommend them without qualification. I called Accent Plumbing for an issue with the drain from my washing machine overflowing. My home warranty company couldn't resolve the issue after charging me $100 for a weak attempt to clear the line and then telling me I needed to pay $450 to access it from the roof which I said no to. I then reached out to Accent Plumbing - the individual who came out not only cleared the backup which did not require accessing it from my roof. He also installed a new drain pipe since the other drain pipe was old. He did all this for much less than the home warranty company would have charged. The service I received from Accent Plumbing was exceptional!! I will always call Accent Plumbing for any plumbing issues I have in the future. They are professional, courteous, and care about the service they provide. read more

After living in a house with almost non-existent hot water pressure in the kitchen and a shower without working cold water, we decided to bite the bullet and have someone come look at our issues. Jim came out and quickly fixed the issue with the hot water pressure in the kitchen, and also realized that the issue with the shower would take a bit more work. The next day he was back again ready to tackle the shower, and I'm pleased to say that he was successful. He was very professional, never tried to up sell me, and was honest throughout. The entire process was painless (for me but I didn't have to climb up into my attic, ha!) and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I definitely recommend these guys - they're honest and do great work! read more

Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didn't lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbing's quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. read more

December 7, 2017- I had used Accent Plumbing about a year ago and was very satisfied, so I called again because I needed an outside faucet replaced and wanted the bypass on my water softener checked. Dan came out and replaced the outside valve with a Wolverine Brass valve and I am very happy with it. Also, for years we thought our soft water was connected to the outside faucet and he discovered it wasn't by testing the water. Saved me a big headache with that. He also discovered the water pressure coming into the house was to high, so I will be having him out again to fix that. Dan was very professional and is clearly very knowledgeable about everything he worked on here. I would highly recommend A-Accent Plumbing! read more

We've used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We're always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we're grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again! read more

I was referred to Accent plumbing by our regular guy when I needed a particular service he didn't offer. Accent answered the phone promptly, was professional, and returned my call when they said they would. They also followed up the service with a call to ensure that I was happy. Service was arranged for the following day which was fantastic for a non-urgent matter (sink not draining well). The service professional was on time, notified me by text when he was on his way, friendly, clean and thorough. The service had been performed previously a couple of years ago by another company who charged me more than three times what Accent charged. Obviously I'm thrilled and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I highly recommend anyone living and working in ZIP CODE 85016 to count Steve and his crew at Accent Plumbing as their neighborly plumber. Life for me is going to be so much easier and much more pleasant now that I have. Darian dropped by and did an installation and two changeouts I had been putting off, but he made it look easy and also improved on the work of a previous company. I especially appreciated their coming back the next day to haul away the old units at no extra charge. Of course, I hope I never call on them again, but WHEN I do, I will glad for a lot more than the fact they are so close by. read more

We've used A-Accent for a number of years and a number of projects. They've always been on time and on budget. We live in an older home and things are beginning to wear out, etc. Dan C. was our plumber today to clear out the clog in the kitchen sink drain and work on the kitchen sink faucet. He's very friendly and efficient and got the work done as quickly as could be expected. He was properly dressed (his pants weren't hanging down) and his language was clean and professional. Very happy with today's work. Don't know why this thing thinks we're in CA. We live here in Phoenix Arizona. read more

As a tenant, I was advised by the landlord to contact this company. The gentleman who I spoke to was respectful, understood the issue and immediately scheduled the soonest appointment. After dealing with the plumbing issue for 6 days, I was excited to see Dan Cefelli arrive during the estimated timeframe to service the main line. Within one hour, the issue was resolved. Dan was very professional and informed me of the process he will take and what to do to prevent future occurrences. This company allows the service for a rental and bills directly with the landlord...an extra bonus! read more

Called Accent Plumbing concerning an emergency leakage from my ceiling caused my our upstairs restroom. Steve Faller took the call and sent one of his technicians (James) to the rescue. James was very quick & efficient as well. He cleaned after his work and he fixed my plumbing issue right away. I recommend Accent Plumbing to everyone in AZ. Customer service provided was excellent. Dan Cifelli arrived right on time this morning to repair a leak in my kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the excavation that needed to be done to reach the drain pipe in the wall, and when finished later in the day, explained what he did to fix the problem plus further work that might be needed. As another recent reviewer stated, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and I had no hesitation in trusting him to rip open a hole in the kitchen wall to fix the leak. I will definitely use A-Accent again and will happily recommend them to others! read more

We are extremely pleased with the prompt and professional plumbing service from Accent. After a bathroom remodel, we tried to re-install the prior shower head and valve. The knucklehead demo handyman lost some of the parts and we could not get it done. After buying the new replacement parts, we called Accent on recommendation from a friend. Steve responded over the phone and promised to send Jim over the next morning. Jim arrived on time and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable. What a great result! I'm sold of Accent. read more

I needed to have a natural gas line run from the wall to my BBQ and Firepit on my rooftop deck. This required removing the wooden deck boards to run the gas lines and then put them back. I got several bids. Accent plumbing was competitively priced. They were also able to schedule my job in later the same week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They left my premises very clean and neat. I would definitely use Accent plumbing again for any future needs due to their great work and competitive pricing for projects. read more

As a recent home buyer I had a long list of plumbing needs that I couldn't tackle on my own. I was referred to Accent Plumbing by another company and I'm so glad I gave them a call. Dan C. came to my house exactly at the scheduled time and was friendly and knowledgable. He quickly made my repairs, was transparent about costs and even made recommendations for improvements I should plan for in the months to come. I'll definitely be using Accent Plumbing in the future and am thankful for their thorough and speedy work - thank you! read more

We called A-Accent Plumbing when our two master bathroom sinks weren't draining properly. They scheduled our service the following day. The two people who came to our home were courteous and really knew what they were doing. The problem was resolved quickly and they left everything in perfect condition. I am happy to have a company I know I can call if we have a problem again or if we want to upgrade our plumbing fixtures. I would recommend this company. Leslie S. read more

So you're reading these reviews... Who's honest? Who's affordable? Who knows what they're doing? Accent Plumming, all of the above. Steve proved to me what this company is about: Trust! Straight up guy. Read the fake reviews, or go with the old school company that will do you right and not rip you off. They come correct. Do yourself a favor. Jim was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Awesome guy and awesome company. 602-955-5050 Write it down! read more

I have had issues with my tub, flooding and causing damage. Twice. Both time ended up not being exclusively plumbing related, but Dan C. was there to help and fixed more than enough and have sound insight as to why my issues were occurring. He helped me tremendously as this is my first house and knowledge of such issues is short. Would highly recommend not only for repair and assistance, but also for their knowledge and willingness to help! read more
