The process was smooth from start to finish. I filled out a short evaluation form, and the actual hearing test took less than five minutes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The technician also took the time to share helpful tips on how to preserve my hearing, which I really appreciated. The front desk said it will take another 2 more weeks because his approval had not went thru.
