I just wanted to say thank you, Dr. Wilkes, for the outstanding care I received at Accelerated Urgent Care. Your expertise helped identify my problem quickly, and I truly appreciate how thorough and professional you were. The facility was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, and I was seen in about 20 minutes, which made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you for providing such excellent urgent care. I highly recommend you and your team! Sincerely Yvette read more

We enjoyed our visit the doctor who helped us was amazing and explained everything. We left happy with the diagnosis and with great understanding. Dr Mills or Wills (it might be wrong) was great! And front desk was supper kind. Huge difference from our past experiences. read more

I probably sound like a broken record but I will always give credit where it's due. I came a couple months back and had a great experience. I came back yesterday as I'm sure I'm getting what all the other people are checking in with. The wait was a bit long but all the staff had the most positive attitude and were very apologetic of the wait. The np that treated me, I believe her name was Katherine was amazing. So sweet and amazing! Kudos to all the staff working yesterday as it was very busy. I will continue to always come here because i am always treated amazingly. read more

Best experience at an urgent care I've experienced the receptionist is very nice and helpful. The doctor explained everything very well about my son's diagnosis he was very helpful and kind. read more

Please! Please! Please take this comment very seriously when I say AVOID THIS URGENT CARE AT ALL COST! There is nothing urgent about this "urgent" care. I wasted my entire lunch hour here and didn't even get seen. The lobby was filling up and nobody was being taken to the back rooms. Now I know why this place has 2 1/2 stars when it should have none. AVOID at all costs, you've been warned. Thanks for nothing. read more

I brought my son in for moderate flu with chest pain. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with an urgent care. The facility is clean, friendly staff and super fast. The dr listened to my concerns and it was refreshing. read more

This is my third time at this urgent care and will be my last time. The first time I came it was a terribly long wait, I figured it was a one off. The second time I came I got in and out. Today I had a 9:18 appointment and it's 10:16 and I'm still waiting to be seen. PA finally came in for a 3 minute total evaluation. She also appeared to be very hesitant to get close to perform the evaluation. I asked for the medication I wanted and she said sure. I can hear members of staff joking around and talking. Clearly they have time on their hands to fix the mismanagement of this location. read more

Place was absolutely amazing The staff was great got in and out quick five star. The waiting room was nice plenty of places to sit. Wasn't that crowded that day receptionist was nice. Everything went well. Good recommend highly. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Wait took forever, there was a roach in the lobby, just a negative experience overall. Do not waste your time coming here especially if it's urgent. There was nothing "accelerated" about this place at all. Waited over two hours even though there wasn't that much people. The doctor took 15 minutes after I got accepted into one of the rooms. Just needed a SINGLE xray and they said only one person was ahead of me and it still took another 30+ minutes. No sense of urgency at all. I just wanted to see if my finger was broken or not and it took almost 3 hours even when it wasn't that busy. Absolutely terrible experience. Save your time and frustration and DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Every seat in the waiting room was disgustingly dirty you can tell nothing is deep cleaned just briefly wiped down. Same goes for the rooms. As a medical facility they need to pay more attention to cleanliness read more

Came in at around 930 pm and still waiting to be seen at 1235am. Not really a whole lot of patients before me either. Security guard behind the counter chatting with another employee acts very childish, and completely unprofessional. Every other word out of his mouth is a curse word read more

Had to make a trip by here to get my son checked, he wasn't feeling well. Thankfully I could schedule ahead an appointment for a time that worked for us, did all the paperwork at home and uploaded my insurances too! Saved me tons of time. Front office staff were so kind and knowledgeable. My wait time was hardly anything thanks to checking in online, once taken back it was a small wait for my son to be seen. But the provider was so kind and paitent with my sick son who is 2 (not always the easiest when they're sick and going through the 2's phase) 10/10 they're hands down awesome there! read more

This place is slow. It takes more than 3 hours waiting time to see the health provider for a less than 10 minute evaluation. I hear to much chatting among the workers while in waiting room. Whoever is managing this place enforces poor work ethics discipline. When you have to wait this long they don't respect their clients time. read more

Very professional very friendly and very fast and efficient what else can I say the top notch

I went in because I was sick and had a fever 2 days prior. They miss diagnosed me 3 times and got worse because over the next 3 days they said to come back if I wasn't feeling better. I came back; they said i was probably just "getting over a viral infection going around and there's nothing I can really do about it " because I wasn't experiencing fevers anymore and ended up being admitted to the ER the next day where they diagnosed me with an infection and pneumonia. read more

Went to the "K" street location for a broken ankle. Waiting time was not bad at all, so glad I didn't go to an ER. Waiting room was clean lots of TVs to get your mind off the pain. Staff was professional & pleasant. The place was very clean - I didn't check restroom though. The treating nurse was very knowledgeable, and respectful. I was so grateful that through this traumatic injury the staff made my visit a welcoming and comfortable experience. read more

Do not use Accelerated Urgent Care!! I took my daughter in for an ear infection. Wait time was as expected for a holiday (Easter) and for the time of day (about 10pm). We got into a room, doctor looked in her ear, said "yep, it's an ear infection. There is nothing else for me to do" then proceeded to leave the room. (I'm not exaggerating on the verbiage either). Few days later I get my EOB from my insurance and the doctor decided to add on an injection to my daughters medical records. I called their billing department and I was told I needed to provide a "Letter of Dispute" stating my daughter didn't get a shot while she was in their care. I also got an email from their billing department that my card was going to be charged for the additional amount my insurance didn't cover. Note, the only reason it was more was because of this injection that magically appeared on her record that did not happen. Called the billing department back and they said my card would not be charged while the letter of dispute was being reviewed. 1 week later, my card was charged and I've had no follow up with anyone associated with Accelerated Urgent Care. I will be filing a fraudulent practice case with my insurance company and disputing the charge with my bank. read more

I've always had a good experience here. Sometimes you can call and ask which location is least busy so that way I don't end up somewhere waiting hours. We have been here so many times. For chicken pox, used telemedicine, I even broke my toe and got crutches from one of their locations. Overall good care read more

Said i must have pulled a muscle or tendon (still in extreme pain)...said to go home and elevate leg and put some Ben Gay on it and sent me home. On Tuesday Jan 7 went to Memorial Urgent where I was admitted for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). I spent 4 days in the hospital where they gave me a blood thinner drip and 2 units of blood....got released from hospital; Jan 10 read more

This place honestly does not deserve a star. I took my mom in today and the dr or pa who came in did not even present himself. He looked unkept and his mask was dirty. When speaking to him he would answer sarcastically. He also tried explaining what telehealth was after we told him we knew (since it was a dr from telehealth that told us to come in) I had to tell him that I'm not dumb so he would stop .Towards the end of the visit (where my mom had been speaking perfect English)I asked my mom a question in Spanish and he began trying to speak broken Spanish to her when I told him several times she spoke English he said "well you spoke Spanish to her". 1st off I'm allowed to speak to my mother in any language I choose. Also you can hear all the staff gossiping about patients and staff, and cursing. Truly an unprofessional workplace. read more

Normally we don't come here. Our usual location is more SW. due to their hours we were directed here. The staff here could care less about their jobs. No greeting No compassion No customer service skills Front staff comes off very rude and just gossiping amongst each other. I have not had wait like this at Other locations, no matter the time of day or week. read more

One star is too much for these people ... I hate the staff here very unprofessional never gave me my Covid test didn't tell me my dad fainted and had to be taken by the ambulance WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE!! If you can't manage appointments it's probably best not to accept them and just go to a first come first serve. I made an appointment to be seen and upon arrival I was told there were people in the waiting room that made appointments as well and they've been waiting 45 minutes or longer and it would be the same for me. Very mismanaged, get rid of the appointment system and just go first come first served, clearly they can't manage appointments in a timely manner. read more

It takes a lot to get me into an Urgent Care center- I literally have to be dead 1-2 days to come in. This place changed my feelings towards UC centers. I've been here twice and have been happy as a lark both times. The wait time is short, the office is clean and nice and the medical staff are very friendly. I made my appointment online today and was in & out in one hour with everything I needed. This is 100% a medical center for people like me. Thank you, Urgent Care K street! Highly recommend. read more

If you plan on getting a covid test I would recommend you going through wallgreens, CVS or Wal-Mart. My wife had her test done at walgreens and it took her less than five minutes without any hassle. I came here as a Veteran and have been here for over 2 hours! First they failed to call me as I was waiting outside in my vehicle. Second, when they finally called me in the nurse that took my vitals said it should be 15 mins. 45min later, Still waiting and no test yet. I git fed up and left. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Results from wallgreens is an average of 4 days. read more

BEWARE!!! If you like mediocre service and nurses/front desk people that don't know what they are doing - this might be the right facility for you. Otherwise, this facility has a full capacity of nurses / front desk 'helpers' that CLEARLY do not know what they are doing. If you are in an urgent situation I would highly recommend to go just about anywhere else from the experience we had. read more

Missed an UTI Received treatment in ER I requested an infusion for a rare, medical condition. A urine test was taken. The NP on duty denied my request for an infusion staying that I had received one 4 days ago and, there wete no keytones in my urine. 8 was advised to "drink" my water. However, I was experiencing severe symptoms. I visited the ER. I was given an infusion and, the urine analysis detected high white blood cells indicating an infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic. read more

I went here for my UTI due to my hyperthyroidism. I asked for the VRI. The nurse said we don't have one, but you bring your own ASL interpreter. That's so dumb. Break the ADA. All urgent care needs work on improvement for the Deaf service. Unfair access communication. Very dangerous. read more

The dr could have given my son meds to cut in half the Covid virus but he refused not only that he totally disrespected me telling me the only reason I was given the paxlovid when I had the virus was because I was overweight. He wasn't even my dr when I had the virus and he tried to Totally humiliate me His beside manner was horrible he has no business being a dr because he doesn't know how to treat people I wouldn't recommend unless u like being belittled and unable to get the meds u need to get better read more

After seeing a male Dr. at this facility on Saturday afternoon. I felt completly and totally humiliated and appalled from the arragant, self-righteous, primadonna attitude towards me as a patient. He didn't even introduce himself to me, after barging into the room, then bragging how great he was......Really? This was about me, not you! You might consider googling, ''Bedside Manner,'' or ''How to act professional on the job''? You don't even deserve a 1 on the rating. I'm 77 years young and have never had such a negative experiance from anyone working in the medical field, or any field. Telling it like it is, with no sugar coating! I'll never go back to this place again because of him! read more

I called this place asking if they offered the antibodies test, they said yes. I sat in their waiting room for more than 5 hours with my 2 year old and my 4 year old, on my 4 year old's birthday, surrounded by sick, coughing people for them to tell me they don't offer the antibodies test once they finally got me into a room. They heard over the phone that I wanted the antibodies test, they told me they offer it. They saw on my registration paperwork that I was there for the antibodies test. More than 5 hours. These people wasted me and my children's time knowing they didn't offer what I was there for. I'm fucking pissed. I have to go back to this place often. I have to deal with these inconsiderate, rude, snooty, disrespectful people who have no regard for other people's time. read more
