I scheduled my appointment via app (Solv). This is the third time I scheduled through the app and upon arrival there wasn't an appointment in their system. Being already injured (reason for my appointment), I scheduled another appointment via app while in their lobby. I asked the front desk if I was in their system. She replied no. I screenshot to show confirmation of appointment. I asked to speak with their admin. She was polite and retrieved her. However, I was on the phone and could not speak with her. Then, another front lady (medical staff) comes up and rudely states "is there something you need?" Are you kidding me?? I asked her to look into the system to see what it was that I am requesting for medical service. The reason is clearly in the system, so I knew she just wanted to press whatever little authority I then proceeded to explain their faulty system by showing proof of the screenshoot. She responded rudely "are you here to be seen?" No eye contact and completely dismisses my claim. Actually, she stated off by saying "our system seems to be working for everyone else". I replied, "that doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong with your system". She cut me off and dismissed my complaint. After me asking her to look me in the eye and acknowledge my concerns, she continued to proceed by dismissing me by asking for paperwork (none in which I received). I walked away and asked if she could find someone else to help me. She continued to talk to me. I again asked if someone else could help me. I sat down. My blood pressure was boiling. Later to find out it was 208/114. As another lady asked for my paperwork (she witnessed everything), the "other" one asked me again for paperwork. Yup, I ignored her. My blood pressure was through the roof. I felt it. I wanted nothing else to do with her rudeness. Let the record show that the staff overall is great. Very pleasant and really tries to get you in and out. Unfortunately, a business is only as strong as their weakest link. An apparently, this weak link has the title "supervisor". I will give them a single star until I get a phone call from them acknowledging their faulty system and rude employee. Sidebar: I spoke with the attending P.A. and he was so kind. He listened and acknowledged my concerns. He said he would elevate concerns to their IT. Personally, their system is antiquated and needs a boost. Yes, I'm posting this on ALL platforms as a reminder for all to patients with dignity and respect. Period. Healthcare workers are our heroes. We need and love them. Let's just weed out the bad ones. Or, at least get them together! read more
