The providing doctor/nurse doesn't know what they are doing. They really do the bare minimum here. After being told nothing about my symptoms, or what could possibly be going on with me they told me they would be right back to grab me a Tylenol. So she leaves with the door wide open and A little over 10 minutes go by and nothing. I get up to walk out and leave because I have Tylenol in my car and the nurse tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to leave! I told them I had been waiting a while and she didn't care told me to go back in the room, so I just walked out! Will never go back here. read more

The receptionist barely looked up, played with their nails, then yelled my name across the room. On top of that, they insisted my card "stay on file because TRICARE is a problem with paying." Really? I visited this urgent for lower pain near back that worsened when I urinated. The provider told me it was likely a pulled muscle without doing any urine test or imaging. I left still unsure about the cause of my pain. I later learned that this could be related to a urinary infection or kidney issue. I wish the male pa had done more thorough testing before making that conclusion. read more

WORST FUCKING PLACE EVER!!! We had an appointment for 11:30 AM. An hour and a half later we were finally discharged. An hour of that was spent just waiting to be seen by the doctor. The exam and discharge was fairly quick. If this place can't handle walk-ins and appointments, they need to settle on one or the other! Either do everything by appointment or walk-ins only. People don't make appointments so that they can just sit around all day. They make appointments because they have other things that they need to do and places they need to go. We were told that we needed a prescription which would be emailed to the pharmacy. We were told that the pharmacy would have the prescription within 30 minutes. We called the pharmacy after 30 minutes and the pharmacy had nothing. We called the urgent care back. They told us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour. We did that. 2-1/2 hours after discharge the pharmacy still did not have the prescription. 5-1/2 HOURS LATER THE PHARMACY STILL DIDN'T HAVE THE FUCKING PRESCRIPTION!! After several phone calls to the urgent care they said that they had in fact emailed the prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy had no record of it. When we went back to the urgent care to get a physical copy so that we could get the prescription filled, they said they don't do physical copies of prescriptions, they only do electronic prescriptions. So we CAN'T get a physical copy to take to the pharmacy and the email copies are not being received by the pharmacy. We found out after all of this drama that the "prescription" was actually something that was OTC!! They could've just told us to go to Walmart or Target and buy what we needed but they made it sound like it was prescription medication. Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable!! read more

I took my son to this location from another accelerated urgent care because the xray technician was ill. They were told (brimhall) we were coming at 5pm. I was then told that their technician would arrive at 530. I sat there for another almost two hours with no one else waiting for X-rays before i left and went to another location. This is absolutely unacceptable. No communication with the front desk at all. They seemed to not know what was going on. They definitely need training or another profession. The medical assistants here were great, but the front office staff and the PA were so rude. My daughter has a UTI and asked me "are you keeping her in dirty diapers all day?!" Unreal. I change my daughter every hour, we go through so many diapers. He said "well this is hygiene related". He made me feel like a terrible mom, as if I'm neglecting my toddler or something. Front staff was nice. Check in was easy. However , PA RODRIGUEZ, said there was no way my pain level was a 10. A few of his responses were "if your pain was 10 it would be like your arm is being ripped off or your body being cut in half" "if your pain was 10 why didn't you go to the hospital?" "People misuse the pain scale". I get I don't have the medical background but to tell me that was infuriating. Great experience in and out within an hour! I saw Dr. Dilraj Sohi ;) He listened to my symptoms, examined my ears, nose, throat, and validated my requests. He then offered additional treatment ideas in case what I thought would work didn't.. two days later I ended up using the medication he prescribed as I realized what I had was not just allergies. I'm so grateful for his polite way of saying ok try that but I'll also give you this in case you don't get any better !! I made an appointment thru Telehealth without a problem. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, while calling 3 times to see that the delay was. Apparently the provider missed my appointment. My son injured his thumb at football practice, pretty sure it's broken. At 8:15pm we called accelerated urgent care on Brimhall to ask if they had an x-ray tech, they said yes. We arrived at 8:30 to a completely empty office and the front staff stated they are no longer taking any patients because they are at capacity with patients... They close at 9:30 and the waiting room was completely empty. We exited the premises and they immediately turned all the lights off in the facility. If they still had patients, they would absolutely not turn off the lights in the building?? They told me to come back tomorrow. Great customer service and way to turn away a 12-year-old boy with a broken thumb! So much for customer care!! Hope they enjoyed that extra hour off! read more

james dilmore will talk over you undertreat you and use opinions from a book instead of listening to someone who has dealt with this specific issue-well-and knows what to do about it, also disregarding the advice of specialists you've gotten options from because of his pride. i've seen him three time, the first time he poisoned me and gave me his own cocktails of meds i told him wouldn't work, the second time barely listened and gave me the proper meds but less than necessary, the third time a huge under dosage. when i even stated i don't live in town and have to wait days in between to get more meds. the staff is wonderful and that's why i go back and have been going there-for this issue-with great success. until james, oh james. please if you go and get james know he only knows how to treat bronchitis and skin conditions despite his apparent "7 years in the field" and will never, ever, listen to you over the sound of his own voice. immediately ask for another doctor hell even a nurse practitioner if there are no other options. he will make your problems worse or if it's an infection close to your brain like mine happens to be, potentially aid in killing you. thanks james btw regardless of my blown up face no makeup and a body you clearly didn't believe a model could have, (if you were even listening) i am one, and can't work thanks to your treatment and haven't been able to since seeing you since my face is my job. fuck all about my stomach, as i said. and since i can't work i can't go see the dentist over every infection you've caused to fully restart, since i havent been able to work or take any jobs. oh wait you were probably inter monologuing then since you weren't speaking aloud tbh since you love the sounds of your own voice so much. i didnt even think of that. silly me and my bachelors in science and 7 years of dealing with this exact issue. i'm so dumb. ha. i would put a three just for the staff and previous doctors which are usually volunteers from other hospitals but you've been there every single time, are you a mainstay now cause your not good enough for anything higher, i'd believe it since your last job was an urgent care too and i highly doubt you would take a smaller pay "for the good of the people." read more

Get antibiotic shot in butt. Too high, near sciatica nerve. Pushed the meds in instantly. "Sorry for the burn." It wasn't the etoh burn, it was the location and quick push. I would give this place zero stars if able. The doctor that saw my child told me that a 101 fever in one ear is not a fever. He told me that my kid does not have an ear infection when the wax and ear tube stuck inside is not only nearly blocking his whole ear canal, but the wax is a reddish color and the one part of his ear tube that isn't blocked by earwax has a greenish color fluid inside. I told him my kid isn't acting himself because he hasn't eaten since breakfast and the guy had the audacity to tell me, a teacher and mother well versed in child development, that this could just be a developmental phase. My kid put himself to bed for a nap and he turned down a cupcake for dinner. That's not a developmental phase. That is "I'm not feeling well". What a joke this doctor was. I took my daughter in to be seen today for a rash covering most of her abdomen, neck, feet & hands. Dr was not concerned and provided minimal care and hardly even looked at the rash itself. He told us to come back if it spread to her face or became painful. We were back an hour or so later when it spread to majority of her body, including her face & was painful! I called ahead and let them know we were coming. We live 10 mins away. I got there and was asked if we wanted to see the other provider or give my daughter a shot. I was unsure if it was an allergic reaction (which is what the shot was for) and asked to see the other Dr to be sure before giving the shot. I was then told actually you can't see the other Dr because another Dr "can't note under another" and I would need to see the same Dr. when I asked to do that I was told he left to another facility. The girl told me I "couldn't be checked in twice" and when I asked if I could go to the other facility to see the same Dr I was told I couldn't do that because they couldn't check me in again. I was left in a room with my child who had an actively spreading rash and was in pain and was denied care for her!!! I had to leave to another facility completely and get care for her. I cannot believe they denied to see my child who was clearly needing to be seen. I will never return. read more

Doctor didn't really listen to us, but just sent us unnecessarily to the emergency room for no real reason. Prescribed antibiotics for one family member and not the other when they were experiencing the exact same symptoms. We may not be returning to that facility again. This is the second time we have gotten totally wrong diagnosis for the conditions that were present. A few more minutes and questions would probably given the doctor a better understanding to make a more accurate diagnosis. I have no intention of returning to this facility again. Incredible waste of time and money. Plus, it's extra patients being unnecessarily sent to the ER when they are already flooded with people that really need the ER. read more

They said they would see in 3 days if I feel better and prescribed me medicine and sent me on my way.
