They made sure I was taken care of and handled my situation quickly and efficiently when I wasn't initially receiving the help I needed. The manager, Vella, also came to assist with a complaint and addressed the situation promptly, which I really appreciated. Dhaliwal, PA-C, was also excellent she addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and made sure my son received the proper evaluation and care. First off the "doctor" seemed to be put out to have to be working. He starts out with a very exasperated "what's the problem" (like I hate my job and you as well). After having 15 minutes of really intense chest pain I managed to get to the Urgent Care just to be told it's gas because my heart is by my left shoulder. He didn't even check my heart with a stethoscope. After having me look like an uneducated idiot he said "we can do an EKG if you want?" (It was like "you want a EKG for the gas you idiot?) I am not a hypochondriac the chest pain was sharp, gripping and incapacitating. It takes practically moving a mountain to get me to go to the doctor so for me to go this time it had to be significant. Both my parents have had heart failure, including my father having a quadruple bi pass (this seemed to not matter to him because he acted as if whatever I said was insignificant). According to the American Heart Associations Most people having a heart attack feel discomfort in the center of the chest. It can last more than a few minutes, or it may go away and then return. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain. DO NOT GO HERE! I WANT MY $25.00 CO PAY BACK! read more

Who likes going to Urgent Care? I do NOT!!! Still, there are times when we may have to make a visit to an Urgent Care facility. Made a trip to this Accelerated Urgent Care on Olive Dr. It was past 8pm that evening, and there was only a couple of other people in the waiting room. The front desk staff were polite and professional. Did not wait very long before being called to one of their exam rooms. The Nurse Practitioner who assisted me was alright. He prescribed some pain medication and suggested seeing a specialist about the issue affecting me. He was not the best at answering my questions. He seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. So the quality of care could of been better. Overall, I'd rate the visit to this Accelerated Urgent Care 3.5 stars. I am being generous by rounding it up to 4 stars. read more

After over one year of letting what happened sit on my conscious I need to let it out. I went here to see a Dr, he was large white male, very serious looking. He falsified a physical examination (saying he performed one) and sent it to billing at the VA. I absolutely did NOT let him touch me because he was minimizing my problems the moment he walked in the room. I was in awe, shaking because of how despicable the doctor was. I have all the documentation and understand it's out of the "statute of limitations". I want people to vouch for themselves. If your doctor is a POS and falsifies serious medical records, Sue Sue Sue, take them to court, or report to health authorities. I've been here multiple times and each time is like peeling scabs off a sensitive wound to get empathy without actually begging or writing down word for word what the doctor says and saying it's for your documentation because your uncle /family member is a medical malpractice practitioner. I went in with cold symptoms. Wait time was not very long at all. Gabby did my triage and Rupinder Jassar was the provider who saw me. Both were great! They patient and kind which I really appreciated and Rupinder made sure to ask if I needed a work note, which I did. I was prescribed cough medicine and antibiotics. Horrible experience. Dr Nege (tall African doctor) has the worst bedside manners I've ever experienced. He walked in and did not introduce himself. My father is explaining what is wrong and giving the doctor his history. Doctor is very dismissive and starts getting annoyed when we asked him questions about the medication he was giving. He did not verify any allergies nor did he say what he was giving just "2 shots for pain and inflammation". When we asked for more information he said we should go else where to get better quality care if that is what we are expecting. What a crazy thing to say!! No compassion no empathy. He didn't even say "I hope you feel better soon". Just left. Go to any other urgent care. And if you see this doctor don't expect any compassion from him, better to go some place else or just ask for the nurses they are much more pleasant. read more

We have been choosing Accelerated Urgent Care for about 13 years when there was only one location. Every time the medical staff has been fast and efficient. But on our most recent visit on April 6th, the receptionist showed almost no empathy at all, my child fractured her hip in a sports incident and was in a crazy about of pain. Once we were taken to triage the high quality of medical care we have grown to expect resumed. They will be continue to be our first choice for urgent care because the medical staff is second to none. read more

Two separate doctors diagnosed me with an ear infection. I can't hear in the pain was getting worse and worse. I finally went to the one on brimhall for the third time in one week for an ear infection, and the doctor correctly identified it as wax buildup, flushed my ear and set me on my way. Two separate physicians at Olive looked at my ear and thought middle ear infection and not earwax, which I told them was the issue in the first place. read more

One of my favorite things about this location is that all the rooms have pretty thin walls so you can hear all the doctors arguing over what the best 80s movies are instead of actually helping patients. My favorite movie is The Princess Bride, especially the part where Miracle Max actually takes the time to see his patient, Westley. The most terrible urgent care we have encountered in our lives. I am a retired MD and a full history was not taken by the nurse practitioner. We came because we tested positive for Covid at home. I brought the test strips and they repeated the tests again. Since we were both immunocompromised and elderly, we needed prescription for paclovid, which was to be sent to Costco pharmacy. Then we were told by Costco that they cannot fill it because we were on meds that contradicted its use. I emphasized to the nurse that we will stop the contraindicated meds while we took paclovid. Repeated Phone conversations with medical assistants, health care provider did not resolve the situation. So now, we won't have the anti Covid meds until Monday . This urgent care is totally BS. I've consistently received five star treatment from this office. You can check in online and make an appointment when you go, you just sign a couple of things pay your co-pay. You can wait in your car and they'll text you. I've never waited more than a few minutes even in the room it was just a few minutes waiting for the doctor. They gave me a shot to get the medication's going quickly into my system. Got my prescriptions. It was sort of complicated. I was diagnosed with bronchitis, but I also had a allergic reaction to Mucinex where my lips swelled up pretty big. They gave me a steroid shot, which would actually help both issues in addition to the prescriptions. It's now evening and I'm already feeling a little better. The staff was great. They are always great. I don't have any complaints about any of the staff. Dr seemed pretty knowledgeable on urgent care visits. Keep in mind. This is not an emergency room. Although I have taken my husband there because he refused to go to the hospital when he sliced it up of his head open. They stitched him right up with liquid stitches, gave him an anabiotic. He was great after that minimal scarring can't hardly see it read more

I took my 8 month old son in due to a wet cough and wheezing. The provider listened to his lungs and prescribed a steroid.. when I asked what his dx was he said "a cold or allergies". Didn't recommend a follow up with pediatrician either. I took him to his pediatrician 2 days later where he tested positive for RSV. Yes he was prescribed a prescription but the assessment was not thorough at all! How can you compare RSV to possible allergies!? Don't take your babies here read more

I wouldn't even rate this place because after my last experience, it doesn't even deserve one star. On July 5th, I took my daughter in to be seen for what we believed was swimmers' ear, which is very painful. We were seen fairly quickly, the doctor (Dr. Attwill) gave my daughter some Motrin and a pain shot to help relieve some of the pain she was in. Dr. Attwill confirmed it was swimmers' ear and was supposed to email Walgreens her prescriptions. We left urgent care around 4:55 pm. 6:30/7:00 rolls around and still no prescription was sent. The urgent care closed at 9:00 pm so I went back in and asked the front office ladies why it hadn't been sent in. They were very nice, however, they could not explain why so they got the doctor to come out and talk to me. He told me he got busy and would go back right then and there and send it off because I told him she could not go all night with out the medications. I told him I would wait in their office until I could confirm with Walgreens that they received the prescription, that is when he held his hand in the air to stop me from talking. He became very upset as if it was my fault. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and headed to Walgreens to pick up her prescription which they still never received. I went home with nothing and called Walgreens at 11:00 pm to see if the prescription had been sent in and nothing still. The next morning I called Walgreens again at 8:45 am and they still had nothing for my daughter. I called the Urgent Care as soon as they opened on July 6th and I asked them to have the doctor on call that day to send off the prescription because Dr. Attwill never did it and they said they could not do that because he never put in the notes of ever having seen her. So long story short, I had to take her back in AGAIN to be seen by the doctor on call that day and he got her prescription sent off immediately. So... if you have to go there, be warned.... DO NOT allow Dr. Attwill to see you. read more
