First time there, THE TASTE WAS AMAZING. loved the shrimp tacos that they suggested. Wish it wasn't as pricey but for being a "super food" cafe I feel as though it's most likely the ingredients to why it's pricey. The shrimp tacos were really good! Customer service was also great they gave extra sauce!

Tasty, tasty tasty. Good variety of menu options whether you're looking for açai bowls, breakfast lunch, coffee drinks, smoothies, and juices. The quality of the ingredients is what stands out here are and flavor combinations are make for a delicious bite or sip. I ordered the superfood latte which comes with MCT oil and agave for sweetness. very good. I ordered their popular breakfast burrito but went with bacon instead of steak. This burrito is fully loaded. There's a good amount of fluffy eggs inside sweet potatoes, avocado and bacon. the spicy aïoli is the cherry on top! ask for an extra side of it. Definitely some good eats and drinks if you find yourself in the area !

Delicious. I searched for an açaí bowl in Glendale and found Acai Grill. I looked at their menu before coming and I liked that they offered other items like coffee, breakfast, burgers, salads, wraps, tacos, and bowls. I wanted the açaí bowl but also a breakfast burrito so I ordered both along with a freshly squeezed OJ. I ordered the Acai Grill Bowl with no hemp seeds and my two additional toppings were blueberries and strawberries. The bowl is delicious. All of the ingredients - peanut butter, granola - are YUM. Highly recommend. For the burrito I went with their Chef's Breakfast Burrito because it has crispy potatoes instead of sweet potato. The burrito comes with a side of red salsa. They also have a green sauce and a chipotle aioli sauce upon request. I agreed with the person I ordered with that the Acai Grill Bowl wins over the burrito. The burrito is still good. Mine came spinach wrapped. Will return!

I'm ngl I was already on my way walking to a different brunch place when Acai Grill's pics of their food on the street stopped me in my tracks. I whipped out Yelp and wanted to see if the reviews matched how delicious the food looked. They did. With no hesitation I found my way down the basement and to Acai Grill. The girl who took my order was so sweet and considerate. I was really craving breakfast potatoes and so I asked them if they had anything like it on the menu. Although they didn't have exactly breakfast potatoes, she went to the kitchen to ask the chef what would be possible and said I could get something that'd be like rosemary potatoes. I really appreciated that she put in the extra effort to make it possible for me to get something I wanted. As for the food, I got the breakfast burrito, the side of potatoes mentioned above, and the mango tango. The breakfast burrito was delicioussss. The bacon inside were in small crunchy pieces, which was a nice contrast to the soft and saucy egg, avocado, and sweet potato. I rly enjoyed the sweet potato, which is a unique touch. It came w a side of extra sauce (I'm guessing it's the same as the sauce inside the burrito?) but it was not needed tbh cuz the burrito itself was already very flavorful and saucy. The side of potatoes were well seasoned and really soft, and though I was hoping for a crispy exterior kinda potato, I did enjoy these potatoes. The mango tango was pretty good-- nothing particularly memorable tbh. There's tables inside and wifi so it's a nice place to be able to sit and do work if you wanted to.

My partner and I have been coming here often. We come to eat after working out since they provide many healthy options. The portions are filling and the food is delicious! We haven't had anything we didn't like. The workers are very friendly and the owners are super helpful with any questions. We tend to add/substitute items and they are always willing to accommodate for us. They also give us yummy recommendations! The restaurant is welcoming with bright murals and greenery. Even though it's in a remote area of the building, the vibe is warm and cozy.

WOW!!!! First time, and did NOT disappoint. Clean ingredients, fresh feel, delicious taste! Love when an owner is involved and the energy down in the basement . Worth the trip down there, you won't regret it ! Steak burrito was out of this world, shrimp is perfect.

Updating my review from a year ago, because this place is now my go to for açaí bowls. The taste is unmatched! No matter where I go and try a new one at, the taste is just not the same. I guess I spoke too soon when I said I won't be back until they move. I've also tried a couple other things from the menu since that first review. The chicken sandwich is to die for. I love the side arugula with the dressing as a side. The tacos are just a big no no for me. Must be the tortilla. Definitely not worth the price. All in all I'm glad to see how busy this place is now since my first visit. I'm gonna assume they won't be relocating after all. Just be ready to go on a hunt for the place for your first visit:) read more

I went here because they offered breakfast burritos and açaí bowls. My husband had never had açaí so I wanted to have him try that but ordered the basic Breakfast burrito as back up. I got myself the regular size açaí grill bowl and it was wonderful, the portion was big. I ordered the berry bowl for my husband and throughly enjoyed it. All the ingredients were fresh. So we had the breakfast burrito left and decided to split it between us. I have had breakfast burritos from all over Los Angeles, it's kind of a thing my office likes to do, to try to find the best breakfast burrito so I know when they are top notch and let me tell you this was wonderful! It had avocado and sweet potato inside, something I don't usually see in an ingredient. I am going to make sure my office tries these but I won't know which to get more the açaí bowl or breakfast burrito. The place is in the basement of the Hollywood post building I think is what it is. I hope it keeps busy and stay open so I can come back. read more

Definitely recommend giving this place a try. Staff was super friendly, food was fresh/tasty, and they hooked me up with multiple sauces to try with my steak burrito, since I told her it was my first time trying the spot out! I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon as the protein through Postmates yesterday. It was a decent size and I have to say, I liked it. Very filling. The cashier named Daisy was so knowledgeable, welcoming and attentive. She explained the menu to me and suggested food and options from the açaí bar to accompany my coffee. Per her suggestion , I ordered the superfood latte. I was going to get the regular but she informed me of how many shots come in each size so I upgraded to the large. I LOVE their Acai bowls!!! Such fresh ingredients and the Acai mixture isn't too sweet. The hemp granola mixture goes so well in balancing the sweetness from the berries. I usually order from DoorDash and I've received free immunity shots from them which is a very sweet gesture. Their coffee is really good and I'm glad they have a dairy-free creamer. Breakfast burrito is REALLY good too! Highly recommend this cafe! read more

I work super close to this cafe and decided to order takeout for lunch. I had gotten the shrimp tacos and wow I can definitely give it a 10/10. It was really fulfilling and so full of flavor. This place has a nice quality fresh taste. I mistakenly got a quinoa salad at first which I'd never order but to my surprise it was quite good. This time I got the Cuban panini, the salad was very good but the Cuban had a problem. Never use a sweet pickle in a Cuban sandwich coño! Put a sour dill pickle in there, this sweet pickle is sacrilege!! read more

Called on Tuesday to pick up an order of shrimp tacos, the person asked me how many and I said isn't there 2 in an order?, she's like it's Taco Tuesday. WHAT?! music to my ears, I said well then give me 3. Got shrimp tacos for $2.50 each, or you can order other proteins for i think just $2.00. They were dee-lee-shous!!!!!!!! Wow, tried this place for the first time today! Not sure how I did not know this place existed but I finally saw it on postmates today. This will definitely be my new go to for postmates! Their acai bowl is one of the best I've had. I had my favorite acai spot, but I'll have to give that place up because it doesn't compare. This is the best place to order delivery from in the area right now! I got the breakfast tostadas and they were INCREDIBLE! I was nervous to order my eggs over easy because there is nothing worse than cold, runny eggs but it arrived quickly and was hot and absolutely DELISH! They also included an immunity shot FREE OF CHARGE! Most places are charging anywhere between $5-$10 for immunity shots so getting one for free when all I ordered was a $9 dish was such a bonus! read more

Well, I am impressed. The turkey bacon club sandwich, the asada tacos with verde salsa, the iced tea with agave and even the side salad were all delicious. I met someone here for lunch for the first time about 2 weeks ago and I've been back 5 times already! My friend and I ordered the shrimp burrito and the fried chicken sandwich with a side of truffle fries so we could split and try both. They were both amazing but my favorite was the shrimp burrito. I literally have cravings for it now. I even used Postmates for the first time ever just to order lunch from here. And I highly recommend the organic iced latte with cacao, best latte I've ever tasted and I'm a coffee snob! Glendale literally needed a healthy, and flavorful spot like this. read more

If I can this place a 100 stars I would. My new favorite spot ! I live across the street from this place and my friend recently told me about it & we decided to order and try it out the next day. We ordered the breakfast tacos, shrimp tacos, steak tacos, steak sandwich & lastly the chicken bacon avocado sandwich. Each bite left you wanting more, food quality is amazing, huge menu, & it's so healthy (keto friendly!) The tropical acai sounded good, so I got that with fresh blueberries, chocolate granola, & chocolate pebbles. Stopped by the soft opening today and what a spot! I came by to try the Acai Bowls as I am an Acai monster and admit-tingly an Acai snob. The Acai was the best I have had to date. Creamy like texture (not that blended juicy type consistency), big serving, fresh fruit, and a healthy vegan/organic 7nut seed butter topping that was so good and a good alternative to regular p-nut butter. I also tried the breakfast bowl which was amazing. It came with mushroom bacon on top and it was delicious. I eat a lot of vegan food but have never heard or tried mushroom bacon and man was it tasty!!! Tasted just like bacon... Great alternative! Lastly, I tried the superfood coffee and it was perfect. Creamy taste, perfect sweetness, and healthy all at the same time! I left full and will come back hungry to try more! The cafe was clean and the staff was friendly and professional and all the items I ordered came out quick. So this past weekend my friend brought to my attention a new restaurant/cafe that has opened up in our area and we decided to give it a try! Honestly best decision we have made. We went in the through the back and the signs directed us towards the cafe. After arriving the sweet waitress approached us and we asked for recommendations and she recommended the grass fed burger and tacos. Since I am not a big fan of burgers I decided to give it a try! I am so glad I was able to try it because I am obsessed, the flavors and patty of the burger are perfection! Not too mention how good the meat is and I am not a meat eater at all! I ordered the chicken burrito on Friday 3/21 and apologized for no pictures ahead of time. I have had this burrito before, and it is usually really good, but I have encountered a problem that really affected my experience. There were hairs in my food, which was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable continuing with the meal. It is understandable that mistakes can happen, but I would suggest paying closer attention to food preparation to avoid this kind of issue in the future. Best health cafe in Glendale hands down!! They have the best Acai I tried in a long time. Most places offer frozen packets of Acai that they blend into a bowl. But Acai grills Acai is soft and delicious. Their Nuttzo butter topping is price less. The atmosphere is vibrant and hip with nice music in the back ground. Came across this place through IG. I am always looking for new place to try and this is going to be a regular place of mine. I tried the grassfed burger. It was amazing. Super juicy, fresh ingredients, the bun was soft and not heavy. It was definitely one of the best burgers ive ever had. Up there with even Bills in Van Nuys. One of my buddies recommended this place to me and had to stop by to try their Acai. But when I got here their Grass Fed Burger caught my eye and I was glad I ordered it. You can't make a burger this good at home if you tried. The patty is full of flavor and the chefs know how to cook it properly so that it's not dry. This spot is by my work and every morning I get a Acai bowl (Acai Grill Bowl my fav!) and a sunshine juice. They make it fresh and very good. Saturday's are my cheat days and I usually get the grass fed burger or the shrimp burrito.... and it's amazing. The pictures look great but I was really Disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. I had the chicken pesto sandwich. The dried tomatoes and they were very hard and not easy to chew the salad was just boring and didn't really have much taste to it. The picture is on the other hand look great. read more
