Great and convenient. Really great food. Acai bowl was amazing. A serving for maybe 3 but wow it tasted like acai.

Ordered their chocolate power smoothie (protein shake) which tasted great was smooth. No protein powder after taste. I also ordered their breakfast burrito. A different spin on a classic, this one had fluffy scrambled eggs, sweet potato, bacon, and lots of avocado, wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Served with a mild aioli. I got that "first bite" feeling when something really hits the spot. Great portion and quality. Staff are warm and friendly. Will have to come back and try dining in. Plenty of seating inside, a sofa outside, and tables up stairs in an alcove by the street (not sure if these belong to them). Big detail here! The restaurant is in the basement of this building. It feels like a maze getting down there but plenty of signs make it easy. Very clean and lots of hand sanitizer everywhere. COVID safe. The decor gives a great vibe too. It's Glendale city center so parking is meter or one of the public lots. read more

Love this place so much! Everything I've tried has been good so far, but my current favorites are the turkey panini, breakfast sandwich and açaí bowl. The ingredients are high quality and the preparation/ taste is consistent. I'm generally a health food freak, but even the "less healthy" options here don't leave you feeling gross or guilty. Food is a bit pricey, but for sure worth what you pay for. Food never disappoints each time I come here! Went there today with some friends after a hike. I actually had worked in Glendale for some time and been around the downtown area frequently, however in all honesty this is THE BEST HIDDEN GEM in the city. From entrees to the actual açaí bowl. We live in LA and are dedicated to coming back once a week because of how good it is. Not only is the portion size and quality of the selections superb, the customer service and energy of staff and owner is amazing. I've eaten here twice--and twice is two times too many for me. The first time I had the superfoods salad, the next time the Cubano panini. The salad was too small and the panini too fatty (by a mile). The few shrimp I ordered as an extra for the salad were very good. The second time (today) the place was filled throughout my meal with the unpleasant odor of a bathroom sanitizer, perhaps coming from outside the restaurant, which is in the basement of an office building. The second time also water was available only from a counterperson on request; it seems that the water machine was on the fritz. The staff (owners?) are friendly. I did not see any private parking. For a couple of bucks more, get your lunch across the street at the Panini Kabob Grill, with food and ambiance in a different class altogether. read more

Hidden diamond! An oasis in the basement of a commercial building. So far I've had the burger and the avocado toast - both had unique touches that make me curious to go through their entire menu. Their superfood coffee is what will have me coming back regularly though. I've never had anything quite like it anywhere else. I ordered the grass fed burger with regular fries and they were pretty good. I had to minus two stars tho because of the service. The woman from the counter kept coming at our table more than three times to ask if we were finished with our plates and it was pretty annoying because she kept interrupting our conversations. Obviously, we weren't finished with our meals - it didn't need to be asked more than three times to clearly see us eating. She also gave me hella attitude because I didn't finish the bread from the burger. Lol I don't know if I would want to come back anytime soon. read more

If your looking for some really good healthy all natural food you should really check out this spot. Just popped in today for my first time and everything was delicious. The grass fed burger was juicy and cooked exactly the way I like it. The steak taco was good but my fav of the two was the chicken taco. The veggies on the taco were crisp and fresh and the mango on top gave it a really nice twist. The Acai bowl was amazing topped with blueberries, banana, granola and the peanut butter set it off just right. I finished this meal with a coffee which I believe they used some sort of fresh agave nectar in it to sweeten it, probably one of the best coffees I've ever had. Finally a place in Glendale with healthy food that tastes amazing!! The breakfast and lunch options are fantastic. My go to is the shrimp burrito it's absolutely incredible. Super delicious and leaves you full without feeling bloated. The iced lattes are very good as well. Also love how the smoothies and Acai bowls are made right in front of you unlike most other places. Walked in after hours and they hooked me up despite being closed. Like really hooked me up. This place is at the basement level of the 401 building. Take the elevator and head to the basement, little tricky to find but trust me you will be glad you did! I live on brand and have tried everything around. Also pretty picky about food. This cafe is down the street from my work place. I think I've gotten their chicken burrito at least eight times. It is delicious ! What I really like about this place is that the food is delicious, healthy and fresh. Example: for their chicken burrito instead of putting normal romaine lettuce and tomato salsa, they use a jicama slaw with a mango habanero salsa. The combination of the slaw and salsa with the chicken and beans are divine. read more
