MIguel was the 1st to respond and come out for an estimate. He was very helpful in researching why the warranty was not showing valid on the Goodman website. Due to the costs I had 3 more estimates, one to replace the coil and 1 for a new system. Since the initial install on the Goodman had issues which probably caused the premature failure I decided to replace the entire system. It took me about 1 week to get back to Miguel, during that time I had ask for different estimates and options. He was very thorough and gave me the facts on different options without trying to sell me on a particular one. Of the estimates we had there was about a 5k difference between the highest and lowest. Some of these larger companies are just taking advantage of people and situations with absurd estimates. We ended up going with Miguel not only for his expertise but his trustworhthiness. On the day of install MIguel and his team were on time and ready to go. They were clean and moved quickly with the full system install. He made sure everything was running smoothly before they left and even followed up a few days later. HVAC Task Force and Miguel are definitely the go to contact you save in your phone. As someone newer to the area I'm grateful we found someone we can trust.
