The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I went to most of the usual haunts - various lighting stores, department stores, even Ikea on someone's suggestion. While there was some OK stuff, I found nothing that wowed me. Doing another web search, I found Urban Lighting and made it down to the store. As nice as the pieces looked online, they even looked better in person. The staff let me know I could browse around at my leisure and to let them know if I had any questions. After looking at a few, I inquired about the pricing and found them a good value. Yeah, some were out of my budget, but I also found some that were in my range and very nice. Mark was extremely helpful in getting my order placed, and his recommendation of using Electric Green to install the light was a great choice. I know I'll be back when I'm redoing some other fixtures around the house, and can't wait to see what really cool items they have to show me. So if you're decorating a dorm room, this probably isn't the place. If you're decorating a home, though, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

I had a major power outage in half my kitchen and family room, affecting lights, coffee maker, dishwasher. I checked the breaker box several times for tripped switches, but found nothing. Alex was able to come by right away and he found one set of tripped switches that weren't obviously tripped, but he ran a finger along the edges of that bank and found it was actually tripped! Power restored! He also replaced a light switch that was malfunctioning. I will always rely on AC DC for elecctrical needs. read more

So if you have a mom or daughter at home and this guy walks in for a job, I wouldn't leave him alone with them. Yesterday I was trying to replace two sets of 3-way switches in two different gang boxes with new…read moreSmart Switches. I was able to do the smart switches on the load side, but when I got to the gang box that had the line hot connections for both, the directions became a little fuzzy. I had four wires and the smart remote switches had three screws. The directions just were not clear enough and it was getting dark, so I said epic fail and wired the old switches back on. This morning I decided to call/text four electronics. While waiting for them to reply back, I was looking over the instructions and finally realized that you had to wire up the common and 1st traveler on black screw. I was ready to try again then John replied back to my text. He mentioned his hourly rate and that he can be at my house in five minutes. Since he could be here so quickly and his rate was extremely resonable, I decided to go with him to wire the switches up. He was here promptly and when I went over what I was replacing and where I started having a problem with the instructions, he did agree it looked a little confusion. He did a bang up job in no time flat. He wired all four switches within the hour and the work I saw was top notch. It was well worth the money for him to finish the job within the hour. The best thing is that I now have a recommendation for electric work that is local in Poway. If I ever need any more intensive jobs, John will be the first person I call. Even if you are a DIY person, if you don't have time, since time is precious or you just don't want to do it, call John. Just having this small experience was well worth getting to find someone locally in Poway. Besides being a professional, he was also a great person to have a conversation with.

Eddie(actually name Eduardo Perez) charged me $275 but did NOT fix any of my electrical issues. ZERO, NADA, ZILCH!! He did the bare minimum to cancel a wire and reconnected them, took him 30 minutes MAX. Less than 1 hour after he left, the same symptoms came back, I called him and told him he didn't fix the problems, he said he will come back but he will charge me another $200 for the "service call", and that's NO guarantee he's gonna solve the problem either!! I can't afford to keep on throwing, who knows how many more, $200 to the toilet drain. So I had to hire another electrician to solve the problems. The new electrician told me, Eddie didn't even notice, not to mention solve, the basic and 1st foremost important problem, which is, the voltage on the bus-bar it's not steady!!! After the new electrician fixed my issues, I messaged Eddie for some refund, I told him since he didn't solve the issue, but I was still willing to pay for his time and gas and the breakers. He got into a big'O fight with me , not only he declined any refund, but also he threatened me that he's going to go to my house and take off the breakers and reverse the good job that my other electrician has done!!! He also threathened me he'll make my life miserable! This is unbelievable, coming from a so called "licensed" professional! This guy has no ethics! not to mention the basic electric knowledge. After going through the so-called good reviews here in details, I realized, those are only baby/ newbie jobs, like install a light or a fan , which is a no-brainer. I can do a better job than him! So if you plan on hiring him diagnose and troubleshooting and solve any issues, don't dream on him, RUN!!!!

He installed two can lights and a dimmer switch in my home office and a dimmer switch, wall sconce and an art light to illuminate some pottery on a shelf (see photos) in my living room. Professionalism - I've had contractors in the past who may have done reasonably good work but we're unprofessional. Jeff was just the opposite. He came to my home so he could more accurately quote the job instead of simply asking me to send photos like some contractors. I was glad so I could point out and discuss things that might have gone missing in photos alone and get his expert advice. He was prompt each time he came out and responded to texts. Some contractors are technically skilled but lack good communication skills. When I asked questions, he was able to clearly answer in a way that I could make good decisions, even changing preconceived notions, and not left wondering if the job would be done haphazardly. Workmanship - I selected Jeff because in my interaction with him, I felt confident that he's highly experienced and knows what he's doing. He did exactly what we agreed on with a clean installation of the lighting and didn't leave a mess. Another example of what I appreciated about his work is that in all the places he had to make cut outs in the wall to run wiring, he replaced the drywall cutouts and recessed the screws to enable the drywall person to do a cleaner job of plastering (see photo). I would hire Jeff again and refer him to friends and family

I especially appreciate that he texts before arriving with an estimated time of arrival, which gives me time to kennel my dog before he gets to my home. Over the years, Justin has replaced the ceiling fan in my bedroom, the bathroom fan, and most recently, the fan in my family room. The latest project was a bit more complicated because the first fan I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be damaged. The motor housing was dented, and it appeared the fan had previously been opened and repackaged. Although I was told at checkout that the box had not been opened, it clearly had been, so I returned it. I then ordered a replacement fan with a remote from Amazon. When I asked Justin which manufacturers he recommended, he suggested Kichler along with a few other quality brands. Justin installed the fan, set up the remote, and made sure everything worked beautifully. I now have a wonderful new fan in my family room. I am extremely satisfied with Always Quality Electrical and with Justin's workmanship. He is reliable, skilled, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future electrical work.

SDG&E confirmed the problem was entirely on their equipment, that nothing was wrong with our home, and that the work performed was unnecessary. When my husband called for clarification, the electrician became defensive, raised his voice, called him a jerk, told him to call his lawyer, and hung up. We were not asking for a full refund, only a reasonable discussion. We actually never discussed a resolution. Any one (or a combination) of the following would have been appropriate in my opinion. Refund for unnecessary work, If SDG&E confirmed the issue was entirely on their side. Charge only for diagnostics, not repairs Credit toward future service, even partial acknowledges the misdiagnosis without admitting fault Good-faith adjustment Ultimately I relied on his on expertise, his work did not fix the issue, I was concerned we paid for unnecessary work, and were received with defensiveness, hostility, and unprofessional conduct. Very disappointing. Im not holding my breath but I really hope we get at a minimum an apology for the unprofessional behavior.
