We first hired AC/DC to install an outlet for our electric car and we were so pleased how fast, effecient and professional they were we hired them again. Mehran and his crew did quite an extensive job with our backyard remodel. We needed to relocate jacuzzi outlet, install outdoor sconces and string lights, but also had add new control switch inside for sconces and string lights with dimmer. Our main electric panel was on driveway so we had to go inside garage and through back of house. It was not an easy job. We had issues with the jacuzzi company and we had to postpone the jacuzzi connection twice. Mehran and his crew were very patient and professional. I contacted this company to do work at my rental property. My tenant mentioned that when he turned on and off a light switch it shorted his TV and I also requested that the electrician see what was wrong with my doorbell which would only ring if pressed very hard. I clarified with the electrician with that he would be meeting with the tenant at the rental property but I was the owner so to coordinate with me regarding the details of the work, to confirm path forwards/cost, and eventual payment. I never received a phone call that day and found out from my tenant he had proceeded to replace the doorbell and disable the light switch without my authorization! It turned out that the light switch was working fine, there was no short but my tenant was confused because he had his TV connected to the outlet controlled by the switch. The electrician said he could disable the light switch for my tenant so it didn't matter if the switch was on or off. He proceeded to disable this properly functioning light switch without even asking me! Why would I want a properly functioning switch to be disabled? I also have never had someone proceed with doing work after finding what needed/could be done and before confirming with myself, the owner, the amount for the job and that I wanted the job done. When I talked to the electrician, he said no problem, re-enabling the switch is an easy fix and we scheduled a time for him to go back. Never heard from him again that day so I contacted my tenant who said that Alex, the electrician never showed up. I called Alex about this and he said he would call me but to reschedule but he didn't. I proceeded to call and text numerous times, left many voicemails and he has ignored all of these. The work was done in December and it is now March and he still hasn't re-enabled the light switch that he said would be so easy to re-enable. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and horrible communication. Now I have to pay another company to fix what he messed up. Do not use this company!! read more

The electrician who arrived at my door,(who was named Ihran) should be avoided at all costs. I told him that I had lost one whole circuit in my kitchen and that it was likely a faulty circuit breaker. He spent 10 minutes of the 15 minutes he was in my house telling me I should have all the electrical fittings replaced at a cost of $1200... . The fact that 90 % of them were already done escaped him. He fiddled in the breaker box, said "There you have power again", asked for $150.00 dollars "call out fee", and left. The power was NOT on. A simple circuit breaker replacement by me on the circuit concerned proved effective at a cost of $22.00. This guy is a rip off merchant. Beware. I have tasked Alex at this place to install wiring from the main panel to create a disconnect sub panel. This included concrete cut, digging trench, running conduit and creating a disconnect box at the end. Alex was able own up all these tasks whereas other electricians I spoke to want me to find someone who can cut concrete and someone who can dig a trench etc. for them to create electric wirings. It was easy enough choice for me to pick Alex among other electricians. Also there was issue in connecting the disconnect to hot tub after the hot tub go delivered. Hot tub installer didn't want to create wiring between hot tub and the disconnect so I had to call Alex and he immediately took action and send one of his colleague the very next day to fix this issue. Very Professional and knowledgeable. I contracted with AC/DC to move a chandelier that was not centered in a room and on a wood beam. Originally, we thought that we could access through attic space, but there was a firewall blocking the area. They were able to move it over to the drywall (center of room) without additional drywall patching needed!
