Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. On top of that, he gave me advice to contact my warranty company and get written confirmation of what they would and would not cover regarding costs. He didn't have to do that, but he made it clear he didn't want me spending money unnecessarily. The technician they sent was equally great. His name was Andrew, and he was on time and communicative throughout the entire process. I was at work, and he provided constant updates and photos. He went above and beyond with the service and even swept up the garage before leaving. All in all, I would absolutely recommend going with these guys.
