For the scheduled appointment (for which he was a no-show and only after I called him to inquire, did he tell me he would be approximately two-hours late). After the extended wait, two of his employees finally arrived. After some time, one of the two employees took their vehicle and abandoned the other one leaving him stranded at my property without his supplies or telephone. After the employee finished, I called Bill to inform him of the situation. Since I had to leave, he requested that I provide him my credit card information over the phone, and he would email me an immediate paid invoice including the scope of the project. Not a big ask, so I paid in full. Easy right? Nope. I still have no invoice and all I have are his empty promises and LIES. I have subsequently spoken to him on three separate occasions and each time he told me he would email the invoice. To date, nothing. I have also sent him numerous texts, all of which he ignored Unfortunately, this simple request has now cost him this one-star review as well as a complaint with the California State License Board and Better Business Bureau.

Of the four companies that came out to give an estimate, Marcos is the only one who didn't charge us for the inspection needed to give a thorough estimate. He and Sylvia in the office helped us dial in the estimate until when it was time to pull the trigger on a contractor, A-Team Drains was the only possible choice. They made the decision that easy. Being it was a timely repair, they were able to get us on the schedule within a week and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the process. On the day of the work, Marcos and his employee explained everything in detail about what to expect, the scope of the job and what they had to do. They were both meticulous in preparing the area for digging up the sewer line, working with the company that installed the liner, and buttoning up the work when everything was completed.
