If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right. In our particular case, it was just one person, Diego Garrido. Diego is personable and polite. He meticulously removed and cleaned the screens and cleaned the windows and all the crevices in the window sills and tracks. It is a tedious process. What helps is that he uses a sophisticated water filter to take out impurities and keep your windows streak free. As you can see in the pictures, the end result is that the windows look great.

They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly.
