The rep that visited was great: quick and friendly. After that, nothing was really satisfactory. They showed up a few hours late for the job. The job was not done well: spiderwebs and debris remain on some windows. They used my garden hose and left it scattered on the ground instead of putting it back how they found it. Worst: the invoice says "GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED". Give me a break. Gratuity was not included in my payment, either. Job not well done. This was a big job and I'm disappointed that for the money, it was not done well. read more

Very poor job. They only sprayed the windows. No squeegee or cleaning rags. Widows now are still dirty and spotted. Instead of paying $200 I could have gotten the Wal-Mart window spray kit for a lot cheaper. Disapppinted is an understatement. read more

Came out and gave us a quote and scheduled the window cleaners. They arrived and determined they didn't want to do the job because it would take too long. I offered to pay more but they just left after cleaning the gutters. Should probably call another company that can deliver. read more

I contracted to have windows at my house cleaned. The owner came out to see the job for the estimate. After his employee cleaned the windows, we noticed several windows had scratches which were definitely not present before the cleaning job. The owner refuses to do anything about it and only sent another worker to look at the damages, stating "I don't see how that could have happened." I highly do not recommend this company. I would rather have dirty windows than scratched Pella windows. read more
