I only recommend this company if you want the staff to have bashing conversations about your home…read moreand you behind your back. When I originally booked the service the I thought it was very overpriced but I moved forward because of the great reviews. Shortly after, my husband was laid off and I needed to move the start date because of loss of income. I communicated within the policy and let the coordinators know why I moved the dates. They were gracious...so I thought. The last time over the holiday we had guests so I asked to move the date a few days to accommodate the guests. While Mariah was polite on the way phone with me, she proceeded to have a very rude and demeaning conversation ABOUT ME with another team member. I listened to the entire conversation before letter her know that I heard everything. This is obviously how this cleaning company speaks of their customers. Frustrated or not, I would never want someone in my private space or in my home who would speak of me or their customers that way. No, thank you. Book at your own risk.

I hired Sparkle and Shine for a move-in cleaning, and I am extremely disappointed with the service…read moreI received. I expected the home to be spotless and ready to move into, but that was far from the case. When I returned and inspected the property, the drawers were still dirty and dusty, the fireplace had visible dust, and there was dirty run-back water left inside the refrigerator. It was clear that basic cleaning tasks were either rushed or not done at all. This was unacceptable, especially for a move-in cleaning where cleanliness should be the top priority. To make matters worse, the maid collected $70 in tips, as the person who let them in tip them $40 and and because I was away they send my the link and I tip them $30. He said one of the was old so he felt but and didn't tell me the cleaning was not good quality she even try to solicit him with church invites with the money they charge and tip they receive was absolutely not deserved based on the poor quality of work. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I trusted this company to provide professional cleaning, but the results did not reflect professional standards. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. I even send them pictures the call say she can come back out to clean the miss area or vaccum the house has no carpet what are they going to vacuum and why should I stop my day for something I hire you are to

My windows looked ok but not to the point I felt the need to do more than just look for the cheapest coupon. When I received a marketing flyer from Absolute Window Cleaning, I hadn't had my windows cleaned in over three years, due to going through a divorce and travelling frequently for work. Upon meeting Paul, frankly my first impression was to be BLOWN AWAY by his professionalism!! He arrived early, took the time to walk me through his approach and the use and benefits of his Pure Water technology. My windows were HORRIBLE from having been untouched for over three years. It literally took Paul almost two days to clean them, but when he was finished I was absolutely AMAZED at the difference!!! As others have stated, it literally looked like I didn't have glass, it was so clear!! It totally changed the brightness of my house and I honestly enjoyed being able to open my blinds again. Needless to say, I have been a client of Paul's ever since and he has routinely taken care of the three homes I have lived-in, as well as two of my friend's homes, who asked me for his card, after coming to my home. The care, diligence, and pride, Paul takes in his work is pardon the pun, literally reflected in his service. He does outstanding work at a fair price and the quality is EXCEPTIONAL! Over the years I have genuinely come to view him as not just a service provider, but a friend. Give him a try and you won't be disappointed.

If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right.
