As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

He texted with an arrival time and was friendly. His introduction made me smile. He answered my one question while explaining things as he did his Job. I didn't expect the killing of the wasps or removing their nests, nevertheless it was greatly appreciated. Plus he sprayed my garage along with the backyard. This was the first time any company has been this efficient. Made my weekly spray look abysmal in comparison . I was told to wait 12 days for results. I would highly recommend Troy and TruForce Pest Control. Thank you and all the best to your company.

We were having awful bug infestation, ants coming in our home in every bedroom in every restroom, just everywhere. We've also had wasps coming in our home (very terrifying) we had spiders also coming and we also had roaches in our garage basically everything! I called Mr. Miguel to inform him about our situation he answered all of my questions and my doubts, he was very respectful at all times. What a great pest and termite company! We contacted them after our prior bug company kept missing…read morescheduled appointments and our bugs wouldn't disappear. Simply put, they do a great job, come regularly as scheduled and don't do any surprise treatments! Most recently, we asked them to come look at an area with carpenter ants. They said they would come out for a free estimate and inspection to see what options we had with the situation. It turns out that they inspected the entire house and detached garage and while it turns out that we have termites in the garage, we would have never known that had they not taken it upon themselves to do an entire house inspection. We had a mouse problem and requested service through Yelp. Several vendors reached out to us, but…read morewe went with Ruben. Key Take Aways - Fair Price He gave us an estimate based on the info I gave him on my home via text. After he came out and saw the size and scope of my home and garage, he increased the estimate slightly, but not by much. Based on the other estimates I got and the research I did, what he charged was fair. He also provided a one year warranty. - Work Product He secured all the potential points of entry. He put down traps and we caught a couple of field mice. He did mention that he left an opening behind the kitchen sink in case there were still mice in the walls to give them an exit route, but he left traps under the kitchen sink. Service/Warranty A few weeks later, I spotted a mouse inside the house (not under the kitchen sink). We called Ruben and he was very responsive. He came back out and laid some more traps and we caught the mouse (Ruben thinks it was a mouse that just got in, probably from leaving the back door open). After that, we were out of town for about a week and we returned, and found a dead mouse caught in Ruben's trap under the kitchen sink (remember, he left some openings so that any mice in the walls could get out). Ruben came out again and used some foam to close the remaining openings. He also recommended a spray to take out the smell of pheromones which might be attracting new mice (e.g. through the back door). I can say as of now, it appears the mouse problem has been eradicated. - Knowledge of Craft/Professionalism I have had so many questions about what a mouse can and cannot do. Ruben patiently answers all of my questions which has helped me navigate a very difficult situation. Ruben is the epitome of professionalism. He knows his craft and he executes his process flawlessly. He is customer focused and is very responsive and respectful. He did not use those scare tactics used by other companies (e.g "mice are responsible for this % of house fires, etc.) to scare me into action. I highly recommend that if you have a rodent problem, don't ignore it and call Ruben. You won't be disappointed and you won't be ripped off.
