Right before work my water heater started to make a deep noise and leaking water. I called Absolute Plumbing based on the reviews and them being local. I am glad I did. My first call was quickly answered, they had plumbers in the area and could have them on their way. 40 min later Cris and Ivan were at my door. I had done some research so I already had an idea of what would be needed and cost. Cris and Ivan explained the issue, the solution and checked my water heaters warranty. 10 minutes later they had a list of what they would do, plus get me up to coding standards and an estimate that included them getting a replacement water heater through the existing warranty. The estimate was very fairly priced and I had them get started. They got to it, took out the old water heater, expansion tank and lines, went to pick up the new parts and had it all installed in 4 hours. When I moved into my new home in Oxnard in mid-2023, Johnny redid my sink in a specular way. He told me who to see to get the sink I wanted, what type of faucet he thought was best, and what was necessary to install the sink. This wasn't an ordinary installation. The sink had to fit into a space in my kitchen island, and Johnny had to literally carve out the space to make it work. He did a masterful job. I recall walking into the kitchen while he was in the midst of doing the job; Johnny was standing in the space where the sink belonged, and he was grinding away to make room! From a new homeowners perspective, it was hilarious. However, that said, when he was finished his work product was incredible--it looked as if the sink had been there all along. I might even go so far as to say that it was pure art! Johnny takes care of the little things too, and he shows up and he doesn't mess around. I called Johnny to come and have my sewer lines checked out because we have been having plumbing issues. I had already gotten 3 other plumbers here to get estimates and to just check the overall condition of our pipes (we had our main line done 2.5 years ago for an insane amount of money by another company and now need to replace sewer lines) because we had a bad experience in the past with another company I am trying to get as many eyes and numbers on the situation as possible. Pipes were clogged. Got a quote from another company to hydrojet power wash and Absolute beat their price significantly. The other company had me waiting for 3 hrs for their hydrojet and called me to say their equipment was still being used. My neighbor and I each have our own drain line that connects into a wye and then continues 30ft to the city sewer. Well my neighbor called Absolute Plumbing and they took care of the roots. I purchased a new washer and dryer and had it delivered. When I tried to turn the water off at the washer one of the old knobs broke. I then found out I had to replace the entire unit which fits inside the wall with the knobs. I wasn't prepared to handle that job so I called Absolute Plumbing.
