Got my horizontal tongue pierced here! Many places don't offer them and considering the last time I got it done (@fenix tattoos) it was just an awful experience. The piercer here was really sweet and professional, he wasn't stuck up like the other guy was and was really understanding. Over all it was a great experience, he had three people ahead of me and it was done really quick and everyone seemed happy with their piercing. They also got GREAT prices, I was charged $60 for this tongue piercing @Fenix but I was only charged $23 here!! Definitely worth the drive from Tacoma and will definitely return to see him. Went to go get a piercing. 1 hour wait time. Prices were good thats the only reason why I give them 2 stars. Artist was rude & did NOT change gloves. I have quite a few piercings and I've had a few of them be botched. Believe me when I say - THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. got my labret pierced with standard jewellery for $25 which is insanely well priced. He was so knowledgable and straight to the point. I experienced that he didn't tell me when he was gonna start pushing the needle through but, I prefer that so I don't psych myself out. :) I'll definitely be coming back for my nostrils in the next few months. read more

Came here fore a nose piercing the the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE I do not recommend. When I walked in and their were dogs in the shop I should have turned around. How unsanitary is that! The piercer guy has 0 customer service skills. He refused to answer any of my questions until after my piercing. Who does that! After the piercing he tells me the rinse with saline and that's it; Didn't recommend a kind, where to find it, or even offer to sale any. Shortly after my piercing my nose ring keep sinking into my nose(very painful) the asshole used a nose ring that was way to small. I ended up going to a more professional/ polite shop to change my nose piercing and wish I went there instead. I do not recommend for nose piercings! read more

Very quick service! Letter had done my piercing pretty fast, took about 5-10 minutes altogether, I had gotten a Daith piercing done. Explanation of how often to clean, when I'm able to wear or change out my jewelry, how long it takes to heal, was all very straight-forward and fast. Letter, will give you a small slip which has points of things to remember, and the care for the type of piercing(s) you got done. I had previously gotten my conch pierced, but I had gone to a different shop, nothing wrong with it, I thought the service and environment was great. But, my conch ended up being $50, whereas it's $25, plus tax, at Absolute Ink. So I believe this place is more affordable place to get piercings without spending too much. But I would and I will be coming back for more piercings in the future! read more

I have gone here twice to get my nose pierce. The first time I went I had the owner pierce my nose. He was very very fast and professional. He put the needle in and before I knew it the hoop was already in. A clean place. The second time I went I had a lady help me out. I really didn't like how she pierce my nose a bit crooked but overall great experience. You will be paying 38.50 at the end but overall highly recommended! Save yourself your money and go here. They also provide you with a after care instructions which is pretty cool!! read more

Do not get pierced here!!!! I have many piercings that were done at various shops and never have I had one issue, until I got a cartilage piercing here. The piercer did not use the correct size post and now I'm having to get the earring surgically removed from under my skin. In reply to your comment: the swelling happened overnight. The whole front of the stud was not visible in a matter of 8 hours. Thank you for your response, however this was not going to be an easy fix. read more

I just went here to get my piercings in my ear removed. I'm not here to be dramatic but honestly it was not the best interaction for such a short amount of time. I was very patient and just waited for my turn (the place was not packed). When he was taking my earrings out he threw them on the tray which i didn't really like since they're small pieces. He also dropped one which happens i know but he didn't apologize or say anything and thank god we found it. Maybe he was just having a bad day but he didn't seem to want to be there and was more worried about moving on to the next customer ASAP that he wouldn't look at me when i was talking to him and forgot things that i asked him about earlier. Also I'm sorry but $10 to remove a couple earrings is a bit much. I only needed help on taking out 2 of them really. I will be going to the other place i found that is farther away but only $5. read more

I got a nose ring and it's healing nicely. The place is nice and clean, much bigger than the old location. It's VERY reasonably priced, quick and relatively painless ;). I also won a free piercing in the drawing they have and and going back in for a subdermal. I think I've found my new shop for sure! read more

Not everyone has the ability to drop in to every tattoo shop and ask questions directly to each artist. If someone contacts you asking if anyone in your shop would be willing to do a coverup it takes a yes or no answer. If you cant answer it then KINDLY tell someone. I called last night to ask when the piercer was in. I was told that they would be there at 12pm. I got there a little early (11:30) and was surprised to see that the door was unlocked and the sign said it was open. I went inside and I was told that the piercer would not be there until 1pm. I did not feel like waiting so I went home. I feel as though it is unprofessional to tell someone what time the piercer will be in then change it by an hour. I will not be returning. read more

Went here to get my nose pierced... it was fine at first but it didn't heal properly- it kept bleeding and was very tender(after the healing process time) I went to a different piercer to have it checked out and they told me it was pierced at the wrong angle with cheap quality jewelry . They gave me new jewelry and my nose is now completely healed. I know most people go here because it's affordable but please do your research so you don't have complications. read more

I went in for a simple nose ring change. Told the guy behind the counter what was going on, I had a bump around the piercing and just wanted to switch back to a stud instead of a ring, he couldn't properly insert the new stud.. and it was extremely painful, even more than when I got it pierced. And to top it all off, he didn't get the back on because as he put it "my fingers don't fit in your nose" so I paid for basically my nose to just bleed and not even get jewelry properly inserted. read more

I'm giving five stars for Letter's customer service. I've had a nose piercing for two years and it fell out this morning and I lost the ring. Apparently, I'm a fast healer as it started to close by the time I made it into the shop this afternoon. Letter spent time with me choosing a replacement and then at least another half hour getting it in. He was friendly and professional and I'll go back to buy another nose ring or get a piercing. I went in there for a septum piercing, with no clue of how much it would hurt or cost. They told me it would cost 25$. I paid, even though I felt like that was a little low. We went in, the man was covered in tattoos and piercings, which was expected but it seemed like every time I looked at him I noticed a new piercing. He quickly put the clamps on, and slowly pushed the needle through. Afterwards, he then started prepping the actual piercing! It took him five minutes to get the piercing out, clean it and attach it. I was in the worst pain ever, he had pierced through the cartilage. The entire ordeal took about an hour. I nearly passed out from pain, but he was nice enough to give me some water. I didn't get a receipt, and he gave me a quick walk through on how to clean it and sent me on my way. I don't recommend ever coming here for a piercing, about a month later I got my septum pierced the CORRECT way. It doesn't hurt at all now, and barely hurt getting it done. read more

I went to get my industrial piercing (55 including tax). It was worth it and a bit cheaper than most other places. On a scale from 1 to 10, it was a 4 for me but the again, everybody is different. The place is clean, no stains or anything. I got my piercing done by Letter and he's a pretty chill dude. He knew what he was doing and that's all i could really ask for.
