I was originally booked for another clinic and was astounded at the price of pierced lobes not including jewelry. I'm so glad I found this place, not only were they half of what I was quoted by the other shop but I was able to get in sooner. Loved the professionalism and care I was given, the care instructions were easy to follow. My lobes have healed up quite nicely. The piercer (I forgot his name, I'm sorry Mr. Piercer!) was very nice and friendly. My spouse wanted his ears pierced kind of on a whim and luckily we could just walk in and get it done. The space is super cool with great decorations and a collection of jewelry to look at. Very comfy couches to chill on and the price is reasonable and affordable. My nose piercing fell out multiple times. Went back multiple times to fix it. Unfortunately, this was not done correctly. I requested a refund and was denied. Do not attend this shop unless you understand the consequences. I hate injustice. Lack of customer satisfaction. Lack of consideration. They charge a jewelry removal fee for ear lobe piercings. No one informed me at the time of the initial piercing appointment and now I can't get the earrings out without paying them additional money. I've never had anyone use flat back piercings for ear lobes. Scam! Edit: Maybe---just maybe, the customer actually was paying attention, but the piercer didn't explain the process or the type of earrings used. I never use places like Claire's, but nice try. read more

He was really helpful picking out a new nose ring, taking time with all my questions and was very clean and thorough with the jewelry change. Went in for a septum piercing and was told i had to be pierced thru my cartilage, which turned out to be false, i was having a horrible painful healing and i went to see another piercer and was told i was pierced wrong, and my daughter got the same piercing and was told the same thing. We both have a "sweet spot" and got our septums redone and it was PAINLESS!!! Exactly how it is supposed to be!!! Apparently this isnt a new thing with these guys so if they tell you that you need to be pierced in your cartilage on your septum, WALK AWAY!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY NEED TO STOP!!!! read more

I got lobe piercings. The place and the process were clean. The piercer talked each piercing through with us to make sure the placement would suit our individual needs, based on the type of jewelry we planned to wear. The Halloween decorations (including a Beetlejuice that spewed one-liners ) were on point. Prices were totally reasonable, especially compared to some other places in the area.
