Their attention to detail and customer service was also not as to be expected. Recently my car was involved in another collision that was the fault of the other driver. To get the process started for a rental car before liability was assigned, Geico my insurance company insisted I started the claim with them and can be transferred. So I brought my car to the recommended shop and they started the assessment process. Without my knowledge they completely dismantled my car and told me my car was totaled. I drove home 1.5 hours from the accident - no alarms, damage to the tires, etc. Just front end damage. When liability was placed on the other driver, I decided to get my car and get a second opinion and take it to another shop. They threatened that if it was anything but totaled, it was insurance fraud, did not put my car back together to be sent to the other shop, and when a tow truck came to get it, it was insurance fraud parts and the entire front bumper was missing. Needless to say, the other shop fixed it, State Fark paid for the damages, and I will NEVER take my car to Top Gyn Collision again. They are overpriced, work is shotty and I just don't trust them.

After getting into an incident, I had my car towed here and at first everything seemed fine but as my car sat at the shop due delays in parts which I understand was out of their control, I started getting frustrated and lack of transparency became obvious as I kept pushing for a date of when I was going to get my car back. My car was returned to me, without informing me that the window button was not working along with my lcd screen which was not even part of the reason as to why I brought my car into the shop. My TPMS sensors were also not working. In essence, this shop managed to introduced issues that were all electronic related and failed to diagnose them and are now having me deal with insurance to get those issues resolved with the Lexus dealership. They did repair all the physical damage but along the way they don't have qualify people to handle electronic issues so please BEWARE as they are now pushing these issues on to me to handle with insurance and I may be out of thousands due to their incompetence.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt. My car? Not so much. A headlamp and front quarter panel lost a high five with the reinforced back of a panel truck somewhere down South on the way to visit family. Upon return to Maryland, my insurance company and I made arrangements to have work done by Zamora's. They had years ago done some excellent work on another car we have. This shop is what makes me so happy to support American Small Business. Their location was clean and well-managed. My service coordinator, Alex, always kept me up to date on technical proceedings with my car. When it finally came time for pickup, my car nearly looked brand new. Panel lines lined up, no orange peel in the paint, and the color match was flawless as they clearly secured manufacturer paint. All repairs were clearly itemized and the payment was made efficiently from my insurance. I will assume prices were reasonable / consistent with the market as my insurance provider did not balk at the quote. Picked up the car today and the paint had some specs in it, and they said they would wet sand it to get the specs out while I waited. It didn't work. Eric Zamora offered me $50 or $100 discount so he wouldn't have to paint the whole door again. He said the paint had a "Lifetime" guarantee. I said that's fine, I would pay the full amount. Drove the car home and then noticed that the passenger side side view mirror was melted. Literally the paint and plastic was melted.....!!!! So I called them and drove all the way back to the shop and Eric was already gone for the day, but his worker said that they looked at a picture from the front of the car and said they could see a shadow showing that the sideview mirror looked "wavey" Bull crap!!! He said they took the mirror and the door off the front passenger side to do work on the rear passenger side, and that they only put the sideview mirror in the car and that it couldn't have gotten damaged.... I said there is NO WAY that my sideview mirror could get MELTED on the top of it while it was on my car. The plastic and paint are literally melted!!! Car is in great condition except the door that had to be repaired. Now they are saying that the MELTED sideview mirror must have already been like that. No pictures of the sideview mirror damage prior to doing the work. They melted the sideview mirror at the shop. Don't know how or who, but it wasn't melted when I dropped it off....... Every place I have ever been too takes detailed pictures of a car to make sure that this exact thing doesn't happen!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. BEWARE. Dishonest. Go somewhere else.....

I'm really glad I did. They did an amazing job. They were fast, thorough, friendly. There's no sign that there was any damage at all. Best of all: As expected, the estimate they gave was kind of a worst-case scenario and they said the job could take up to a week. Turns out they were able to turn it around in three days, came in hundreds of dollars below the worst-case scenario, and the repair was perfrect.. And the car was clean inside and out.
