I took my 2019 Hyundai Tucson 4.0 L to 95 Auto Service on 08/30/2026, because my mechanic of 30…read moreyears gave up on trying to fix my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this.

I watched the tech take the Jeep into the service bay and find the nail in the tire. He patched it, inflated it, and waited several minutes and checked it again to make sure it wasn't still leaking. A++! Whenever I've come here over the past 10 years or so, I always get great service. Not once have they tried to push any uneeded services on me. Great shop culture!

Let me start by saying that I have lived in Norther VA since 1998, have always done all of my…read moreregular maintenance, and have ALMOST ALWAYS disappointed when forced to take my vehicles to a shop. My vehicle had and A/C issue; cold air while driving and warm air when stopped. I read several reviews of different shops and avoided the ones that previously failed me. This shop had been around for many years and people kept mentioning honesty. They set up an appointment and my wife was greeted politely. They had the truck all day but I knew that they had to reproduce what I observed, draw out all the refrigerant, add leak detector, and recharge the system. They did not find any leaks but kept it 1/2 more day to see if a leak was detected. The vehicle was cooling beautifully. The technician called me and explained the diagnosis that was done. They could suspect the compressor but it was cooling very well; likewise with the fan. Basically there is nothing to fix! The only change they made was to add 1lb of refrigerant. I appreciate the honesty of this shop. Many could and would have scammed me out of a big repair. Although I don't like taking my vehicles to shops, I will trust this one when the need arises again.

Since moving to the area our well-maintained 2015 Nissan Murano (previously serviced exclusively at…read moreNissan dealerships) has been brought to this location strictly out of geographic convenience. Because our Murano has a pale/white interior, we keep it very clean, and any dirt or damage is noticeable. Over the past three years, this shop has damaged our vehicle and compromised our safety: Torn Trim: During a routine safety inspection, technicians tore the fabric on our driver-side interior A-pillar trim. When confronted, they weakly admitted to causing the damage, but refused any real compensation or proper repair offering only their insulting, standard $20 discount toward future service. Severe Tire Vibration: Following a tire rotation and alignment, my family experienced violent front-right wheel shaking on the road, forcing them to pull over. I had the car towed straight back to this shop. They claimed they couldn't reproduce it and did nothing, yet the dangerous shaking mysteriously vanished after they had the car back in their bay. Pooled Fluid & Mold: During another safety inspection, the car was returned with fingertip-deep liquid pooled in a center console compartment. Because of the microfiber lining, mold began growing by the following day, resisting even bleach. Broken Console Door & Zero Urgency: I brought the car in yesterday for brake work, only to find the door to that same console compartment broken upon receipt of the vehicle later that same day. The shop manager documented the damage with photos and video, stating they would speak to the technician who handled both recent visits. Nearly one full day has passed without a word. A business that genuinely values accountability or customer experience would have chased this down before closing. Given their established pattern of offering a $20 coupon instead of repairing the damage they cause, my expectations for resolution remain low. Courteous front-desk staff cannot offset repeated property damage and careless mechanical work. I initially came here for convenience, but from now on I will gladly drive the extra distance back to a certified Nissan dealer or a dedicated independent specialist. Spare your vehicle and your family's safety. Take your business literally anywhere else. --OCT 4 UPDATE-- I submitted a complaint about my recent experience to Fairfax County Consumer Affairs and eventually got a response from Jeff Trump, Director of Sales and Development, who assured me they are working on getting replacement parts for the broken door. He says he's committed to resolving the matter but I don't think I trust the shop to follow through and I'll most likely want written assurance, first, before they touch my car.
