I really didn't know what I wanted in the beginning but just wanted our front yard cleaned up, but the more I looked at our yard I knew I wanted something clean and different with grass. I asked Victor what he was able to do and he pretty much said he can do it all and he did not come up short! He provided me a very reasonable quote to redo the front yard and back. He provided some ideas, but ultimately did what was asked and made it beautiful. He did not deviate from his quote when added material was needed or changes had to be made which made it that much more to appreciate the work done! He and his crew worked very hard, and finished the job in a timely manner despite some raining days. Things he completed: -Removed all plants, bushes, roots. -Removed all rocks top soil and mulch -Dug out a path for the stairs -Cement for the stairs and added curbing to the front and backyard -Completed and added sprinkles and drip system to front and backyard - added new top soil and sod to the front and backyard -removed and hauled away all old material. Worst contractor ever. They started the job on April 27 and finished first week in June they said 2…read moreweeks to complete job . After the first 2 weeks they started another job and were going days at a time not showing up. Also paid 20% up front then the rest when completed but asked for money twice before finished . When they took out my trees they did not take out all of the roots in the ground and did nothing to the dirt to kill weeds etc before putting the cheapest weed barrier down that after 2 weeks were coming through everywhere (see attached pics) . They subbed out concrete work which looked pretty good which was stamped and colored . When concrete was done there were a couple chips and bare patches of color that the landscapers patched with no color ( see photo). Also lost 30 % of plants died which most of them I replaced myself they replaced some of them but took over a month to do. The reason most of them died is because the drip line either wasn't to the plant or non existent to the plant and when they came back to replace the plants they moved rock out of the way to put a better weed barrier down for an hour a day for 1 or 2 days and told me they would fix it all but never came back to finish all of it. There are many things they did not finish that I let go and did myself but the main issue with the weeds I wanted corrected was all I asked for and they couldn't even do that . Look the guys were great and I trusted them at my home and the design we came up with looks great but the quality and follow through of the work was not great at all. Update All my new drip lines are leaking and most plants have died and I have more weeds than the grass that was removed. Also now that rain has came it is flooding everywhere as they took at all my drains in my front and back yard and never replaced pretty awesome waste of money

Our consult with John was thorough, and he really listened to what we wanted. He made some suggestions, and let us know the approximate pricing right upfront so we knew what to expect on the written estimate. The written estimate included pricing for each element. We appreciated this because we clearly understood the costs, unlike other estimates we had gotten beforehand. The total price matched our expectations, and we felt very comfortable that we were getting a fair and transparent quote. Once we agreed on the plan, we scheduled the work for about a month later. John walked us through how to put plants on hold at the nursery and explained everything else we needed to know. Communication throughout the process was very clear and consistent. On all the work days, the crew showed up right one time, and John was there every morning to check on things and do much of the work himself. He also ensured we knew how to use the sprinkler timer and what the sod needed for the first few weeks. The whole job was completed in four days! The crew also left our patio and driveway perfectly clean and washed down; it looks better now than it did before. We will use Caligreen for all future jobs, and we can't recommend them highly enough!
