Not even 10 minutes later, Jason showed up and performed some diagnostics on my car. He said the battery needed replacement, and quoted me a price for my battery, then he proceeded to replace the battery. All told it took about 20 mins from the time I called to finishing with the installation. Jason was friendly and professional. Thank you Jason and R.B. Towing for a great experience. Also, I cannot overestimate the importance of having a AAA membership. Life is so much easier with one.

Johnathan was the technician that came to my house to diagnose and fix the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem quickly and gave me wonderful advice. It was a very reasonable amount and I will definitely be purchasing my next battery from RB Towning. Highly recommended!

The driver who dropped the car off after picking it up from the yard went the extra mile to make sure it was dropped in a safe place and made sure I was happy. Getting a car towed in any capacity sucks. There's no doubt about that. If I ever have a problem I'm coming back to Eddies everytime. They even followed up next day to make sure everything went how I wanted it too, and that's the kind of place you want to support. Thanks so much for making a bummer a little easier.

I called Platinum late morning/early afternoon to find out when I could pick up my car. The man on the line told me they're closed on Saturday's and I would need to call Monday at 8am for info. Went back and forth a few more times with the person repeating "Monday 8am." So I didn't have my car for the weekend. Monday at 8am, I called and was told I could pick up my car at their Westlake lot. I asked what form of payment they accepted and they said cash or credit, but credit cards were charged a processing fee. Arrived at the location and the lady behind the counter said they're closed on Saturday, but if a driver was in the office, he could've processed my vehicle release. Funny this information wasn't provided when I called Saturday and I had to pay for 2 additional impound days. Finally, when I paid by cash, the lady said she didn't have change and I was "welcome to go and get exact payment." Wow, how generous. So I ended up paying $420 instead of $416 because she didn't have four $1 bills. These people are the worst...borderline criminal.
