Very happy with Tim and his team. They came to tint our upper living room windows. Did a stellar job. He kept me informed as to the process, etc. Withheld one star for no masks, which I was happy to supply and our appt. got shifted out 1.5 hours. I will continue to use them, as we have for years, to have our windows cleaned yearly! Many thanks for being so reliable and responsive. read more

Abracadabra did an excellent job powerwashing my driveway and home. Received a lot of compliments from neighbors on how nice everything looked. I would highly recommend read more

I have used Abracadabra for at least ten years and have always found them to professional and timely.

Have used them 3X, this was not my best experience, but still recommend. I had a crew come over that wasn't up to prior standards.....missed entire windows, poor job on others. Abracadabra had them come back (same crew for some reason) and while some things were rectified, the main window in my house was left subpar. But I've had SUPER 5-Star experiences in the past so will probably use again and have recommended to others. This experience, however, was just ok at best if I'm being honest. read more

Very nice crew. I can now see out my skylights again. Thank you guys. Your worth every penny.

My house looks great. I hired Abracadabra to pressure washed my home, detached garage, and garage roof. They communicated well regarding arrival. read more

We initially purchased a Groupon for discounted window cleaning and were going to also have them clean the gutters. Due to a computer issue, they did not arrive for the appointment. They rescheduled for the following day and also were a no show. At this point I got a refund on the Groupon and was going to look for someone else. Nelly from Abracadabra called and was extremely apologietic. She offered to come out with the crew personally and offered to honor the Groupon even though it was refunded. They did an amazing job (inside and outside windows, gutters, and stils). While we had a bit of a rough start, they definately made it right !! read more

Abracadabra promotes false advertising via Groupon. Below is the language used on Groupon. What they "mean" to say is this is only for new customers. One per visit means there can be more than one visit. They allowed me to buy the groupon and would not refund it. It's unfortunate, because they did a great job a year or so ago when I used them. TERRIBLE service to not refund this and then maybe offer something else to keep me as a customer. Why would I buy something that I couldn't use!! Fine Print (cut past from Groupon) Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Valid only within 30 miles of zip code 30144. Appointment required. Additional miles subject to extra charges. Valid only towards full house window washing. For a full-house window cleaning, prices are $8/window for exterior cleaning only, and $9/window for interior and exterior cleaning. Sill, frame, and screen cleaning is additional. Must mention voucher when booking appointment. Double hung windows are counted as 1 window, grids and french panes are counted as 2 windows, and storms are counted as 3 windows. The cost of pressure washing is based on the type and size of the area. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Limit 1 per visit. Limit 1 per household. Easy to schedule an appointment and professional service. Windows cleaned inside and out in 2 hours with no inconvenience!

As always Abracadabra did an excellent job cleaning my windows. The workers are always pleasant and professional.

Great customer service. The team was efficient and got ahead of schedule. This was a breeze to schedule and work through with.

Been using for years. Do a good job on the windows. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't leave things as they were when they got here. In other words, if they moved something or opened blinds they didn't put back as they found them. That should be a given especially since I paid over $700. Windows look good. read more

Abracadabra came out on a Friday morning and had all my windows cleaned (inside & out) and our chandelier done in about 90min. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Tim's team assisted us in final cleaning and window buffing on a hospital restoration project after we completed our masonry restoration scopes of work. Tim's vast knowledge and expertise in window cleaning/buffing made for a great experience as he trouble shooted various cleaning methods and materials to get us to the finished product we were looking for. Would recommend and use again. Thanks Tim & Team! read more

I have used Abracadabra twice and they do a great job cleaning windows and skylights! They arrive when they promise and do an excellent job. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is email response time when setting up a job is slow. read more

Very professional crew. Did a good job. Would use again for pressure washing, gutters, or windows.

I had them come out and clean all the windows at my house. For the most part they did a pretty decent job but the three windows in the garage we're left with smudges and spider webs and dirt. When I called to let him know the service technician insisted that he had clean the windows. I sent him pictures to prove that he had not read more

The service technician arrived on time and was very professional. I hired the company to pressure wash my patio. The work was performed in a timely manner with no problems. I was very satisfied with the work and will recommend this company to anyone. read more

Hands down the worse pressure washing and customer service I have ever had. They are very unprofessional and incompetent. Used my water hose and didn't put it back in its place. The owner called me and had just as many excuses as the crew gave me for not doing a good job on my house. I will pay them to never come back and bother me. read more

Abracadabra Window Cleaning Services - This is my house after their completed pressure washing the second time. I refuse to allow them to come back again. - Pressure Washers Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

I have had my gutters cleaned twice by Tim's crew - last year and this week. After my experiences I'm going to find someone else. Last year I had to call his team back out after noticing my gutters were not draining properly and low and behold, they failed to clean an entire section of my gutters which was causing a backlog of water. I was pretty surprised when he still charged me a "$25 service charge" to come back out. I paid it because it had been a couple of weeks and figured it was an honest mistake. This time, the work seems fine, but there are two major issues. 1) His team failed to properly secure my property when leaving by leaving my gates open. It was dark when I got home, so I didn't notice until my 9 month old puppy ran off! Luckily I was able to chase him down in the rain and nothing catastrophic happened, but I can't imagine the devastation my kids would have felt if he had been hurt or killed. On top of that, this is a huge security risk to leave an entrance to someone's property open like that. 2) His team used a hose to clean off some dirt they got on the side of my home, but failed to fully turn off the hose. By the time I noticed this, the water had been running for 9 HOURS. If I see a noticeable increase on my water bill, I will be seeking reimbursement. I attempted to reach Tim via phone and email, but I have yet to receive a response. They seem to respond quickly to service requests, but they are lacking in attention to detail or customer service issues. read more

Just used these guys today for window cleaning on my home and I was beyond satisfied. When I called to book, Kris was very pleasant, professional, friendly. We scheduled an appointment only 2 days later. The guys that came out Matthew & Hunter were super punctual. Matthew was so friendly, honest, trust-worthy, and detailed oriented. They did a stellar job and did not leave until I was completely happy with the job performed, which I was. I even took the time to call the office and commend the team. I will use them again and have already recommended to my neighbors. read more

I had my home pressure washed today. The Abracadabra team came out, moved my patio furniture, hosed off our plants, bleach rinsed the house and then rinsed the entire home to dilute the bleach. Our home looks great and was completed to perfection. The patio furniture was put back and we reviewed their work. I definitely will be using their services again. read more
