They say they warranty their work...but they don't! And they are NOT cheap!!!

Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!! I will say - hold on to the expectation of perky service, the gentleman I dealt with was very direct and to the point. By no means rude at all, quite the opposite, in fact. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process.
