But then he went the extra mile and did a pretty thorough inspection of our roof and the fireplace chimney cap. Our roof is in generally good condition at seven years old, but needed some TLC - sealing, caulking, etc. And the fireplace chimney cap had been bugging me for years! Not anymore! Vance came out, did a very reasonable quote for the repairs and Mike fixed everything. Real attention to detail and pride of craftsmanship! Thanks guys - we will recommend you to all who ask!

Vance and his team are simply the best. He was the first person I asked to come quote our fence job…read moreand after nearly a dozen others, he was by far and away our #1 choice. This guy is legitimately a good dude who wants to do right by you. Not only did I find that he and I get along SUPER well, I've been repeatedly impressed by his willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the job is up to his customer's satisfaction. His pricing is honest, the work is extremely well executed and the entire process has been painless. We needed a fair amount of fencing replaced, over 200 linear feet, and we decided to upgrade to 4x6 posts for the fence and 6x6 posts for the gates, all using cedar pickets. The entire project got a lot of attention from neighbors who came by to ask questions or check out the work. We asked Vance if he was okay with installing a dog bubble that protrudes from the window for our dogs and he personally came out with his jigsaw and cut a perfect hole. He installed it using stainless hardware and it looks PERFECT! The gates are strong, level and I have full confidence that they'll last for many, many years (I was VERY particular about this as our previous gates were unusable for years). The entire backyard has been transformed and the peace of mind in knowing that the dogs are unable to weasel their way out of the back when we let them out is indescribable. His main fencer, Cody, did the best beveling job I've ever seen on fence running boards and far exceeded the expectations I had even though I knew that was a standard feature of their builds (the bevel assists with water run off so water won't pool on the bottom and adds aesthetic value). We also had a minor hole in our roof and asked Vance about patching that up. He and his roofing guy had that knocked out within a few hours, we didn't even realize it had been fixed until I asked him what day they were planning to do it and he jokingly replied "yesterday". He said my roof is in good condition and not very old, but it really says something that I'm a little lowkey disappointed because I won't have anything else to utilize his services for again for awhile. Call around and ask for multiple quotes (Vance was also the only guy to actively encourage me to do so when I first told him that he was the only guy I'd called and had come out so far), but just know that when you include these guys in your roster, you're unlikely to find anyone else who matches up to the level of care and service Vance provides.

In this case, my mother-in-law's home had several roofing issues that we initially believed would be covered by insurance. Chris Lackey, a highly qualified sales representative, worked closely with us and the insurance adjusters to pursue the best possible coverage for her. Although the claim was ultimately not honored, we moved forward with Brinkmann's recommendations, and the results were magnificent. A big shout-out to Billy's installation crew and to Jacob Zalomski, who stepped out of his office role to make sure everything was running smoothly in the field. We also want to sincerely thank owner Jason Brinkmann for his personal assistance and exceptionally fair business practices. One thing is certain: if you need any type of roofing work done, I can confidently say that Brinkmann will handle your needs with grace, professionalism, and the highest quality craftsmanship. When we reported it, instead of taking responsibility, Brinkmann tried to charge my parents $2000.00 to repair the damage they caused. (Later repaired for $500.00 in less than 2 hours) This raises serious concerns about their workmanship and integrity. If you're considering Brinkmann Roofing, proceed with caution and make sure everything is well documented.

We recently contacted this company to get our roof replaced. Everything seemed great at first, the…read moreprice was reasonable and the communication was great. For reference, our sales representative was Michael Morris and our production coordinator was David Villarreal. Initially, Michael gave us the price of $7,960 to get our roof replaced which genuinely seemed like a great deal. Now, our roof had various soft spots due to deterioration over time and I made sure to mention this to Michael before getting the project started. I asked him if this would cause any issues with the pricing and he stated that it wouldn't. However, the day of the roof installation, Cory who is the company owner, spoke with me and informed me that the price had changed and that it'd be an extra $9,900 just to put an extra layer of plywood since the one on our roof was in bad condition. ALMOST 10 GRAND FOR PLYWOOD!! With that being said, the total price to get our roof replaced came out to be $17,860! At that point the shingles on our roof had already been taken off and there was really no turning back. Another issue I had with this company was the warranty, when I first spoke with Michael he stated that the company guaranteed a 30 year warranty for any damage to the roof. After getting the project done, we come to find out that we only have a 10 year warranty. By the way, we never involved our insurance for this repair because we really thought we were getting a great cash price at first but what's insane to me is that at the end of the day, we still need to involve the insurance for any weather damage to our roof, when that was never mentioned initially. David was also horrible with communication, he would not pick up my calls for the most part. He never answered my text message nor voicemail when I tried reaching him at some point. Lastly, he didn't even bother to reply to an email I sent him after the project was done requesting pictures of our roof for our reference. I had to call him 3 days later to have him send it over and on top of that he sounded bothered. This was overall a whole mess and a very uncomfortable situation having to communicate with David. Despite all this, the roof guys did an excellent job with our roof. I just don't recommend investing your time and money into this company when you can get the job done for WAY LESS elsewhere. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because no one should have to put up with unprofessional people or last minute price changes.

Webster Construction is the Best for Quality! This company…read moredid the most amazing job on my new fence! Truly remarkable work--it is the best fence job I have ever seen, and I looked a lot before trying to find the right company. Before this project, I used to believe that you could never get the level of quality you want unless you do it yourself. Not after I hired Webster Construction!!!! I Had Specific Needs For My Situation The lot-sizes in my neighborhood are small, and the folks behind me have a pool, so the sound from their parties always invaded my family's privacy! For this reason, I wanted the new fence to be very tall, and double-sided to help diminish the sound. Also, I a different neighbor replaced the side fence last summer, and he painted it with a sealant stain. I wanted everything to match, so I wanted the new fencing to also be painted. And because I wanted it all to last a long time, I wanted it painted on both sides. Webster Construction Was Happy To Customize! Right off the bat, Mike (owner) was happy to give me whatever customizations I wanted. I talked to another "only fence" company, and they're only interested in quickest/fastest to get the most fences done asap to help their bottom line. My only options with them was the height, no option to do screws (which last longer) no option to paint, nothing. Webster Construction was much much more accommodating! Webster Construction = Quality, Quality, Quality!!!!!!! The company owner came each day to make sure everything was going as I wanted. Also, there was a family member that was working with the crew the whole time to make sure everything was done perfectly. He also really cared about the workers and made sure they had a canopy to work under when the heat was so intense. It was very rare for him to leave the crew by themselves; it was just to get supplies and he was back quickly (usually under 30 minutes). When he got back, he always checked back over everything that the crew did when he was not there, just to make sure it was done with the upmost quality. He personally measured each post hole to make sure the posts were down 3 feet--often using at least 2 1/2 bags of quickcrete. He personally set each post to make sure they were level and facing the right way. They were cautious with my backyard drains to make sure no concrete got in them (which could plugt them). Regarding the framing, if something split, he would pull it out and replace it. They used 3" construction screws to make sure everything was super solid. It was the same level of quality carpentry that you would get with cabinets. When putting on the pickets, they even drilled pilot holes to make sure they would not split. Because I wanted pickets on both sides to help dampen the sound, they came up with the idea to make sure they started laying pickets on opposite sides of the fence so you can see no cracks between the pickets. Even with stain sealing, over time the heat will cause the pickets to shrink a little, but the way they put them on, I won't see a neighbor on the other side. Honestly, it felt like he was working on his own fence and truly cared about the work! Amazing Price Especially With All The Customizations The price was unbelievably reasonable as well, considering all that I wanted done. The "fence only" company wanted even more money to do much less! Webster Construction used the best materials! I inspected the lumber and it was truly top shelf quality! Amazing Quality Despite the Heat! Because of the height I wanted, with pickets on both sides, and stain sealing, they told me up front it would take 2 days. And they spent the full two days. I never felt like they rushed to finish. The yard was spotless when they finished, and they even leveled dirt on the bottom to make sure everything was perfect! Will Hire Again! I can't say enough about their work quality! I will definitely use them for future work!
