Their meat was tender and juicy and the meals are quite nutrient dense and filling. I would come here again by myself or with friends and/or family

And I noticed how the bartender approached her asked if need help going to the restroom and her colleague to caring her, even the customer said no. And that doesn't stop there. After she returned back to her sit. Nicho the bar tender brought her glass of water and food to make her feel better. Finally when she decided to leave Nicho tried to get an Uber, but her friend drove her home. As I said everyone there are very professional customer service. 100% RECOMMEND.

Upon entering, there's a fuel smell in the air which was a little unnerving but I also thought that it might be the type of fuel used to cook because it reminded of going into establishments at home. Anyway, Plenty of servers and smiling faces. Food: we ordered bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers as an appetizer. They were raw. Literally cold raw bacon that was charred on one side. Honestly, we were ready to go.... in my mind but we were exhausted and hungry. They took the plate and reworked the contents. Moving on. My husband had a burrito and I had the whole fried fish. I was happy with the fish. Condiments are everything and there's was ok ( and they charged for every drop of salsa $1.50 for the 1oz cup.) Pleasant folks though...

Walked in: cramped, no polish, just shelves of cola bottles and cookies from back home, kitchen haze thick enough to taste. Three pupusas landed--soft, cheesy, edges crisp--and that smoky smell rode home with me. Nothing fancy, kinda rough around the edges, but damn if it doesn't feel like a quick dip into Latin America. Worth the detour if you're craving real over pretty. For payment, make sure you have cash or zelle. They won't take any other method.

It's a little hole in the wall place with only street parking. On Tennessee in the not so nice area. I was able to park right in front of the place, so didn't have to walk around too much. Walked in as someone else was walking out. It smells heavenly! No frills, old faded menus on the wall, 2 ladies behind the counter cooking. Not much room to wait. Pupusas are $4 each but they told me they were running a special 3 for $10 so I got 6 for $20. Carne asada with cheese. Yum! Was told 30 minutes and it started to get smoky in there, lol so then waited in my car. Please note, It is cash only, take out only. Before I went back in, the lady who took my order came out to me, (it was more like 10 min) with them all packed in a foil pan. And the pickled cabbage mix and sauce packed separately. It stayed hot and fresh. They are thick and full of meat and cheese. And so delicious! It was wayyyyy too much food. I could have ordered 3 for us. One pupusa filled me up ! We had leftovers that our sons came over and enjoyed. If you live any where near, and love pupusas and authentic Salvadoran food- GO!

Came in for an early lunch with my bestie and immediately loved the vibe. It was a beautiful day,…read moreso we grabbed a table outside in their secured patio seating, which had plenty of shade thanks to patio umbrellas. Comfortable, relaxed, and perfect for catching up. We ordered a bean and cheese pupusa, a pork rind and cheese pupusa, and a horchata. The wait wasn't long at all, especially considering everything is made to order. The gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) personally brought out our food and drinks, along with a generously sized jar of curtido. Let's start with the horchata. This was my first time having the Salvadoran version -- I've only had Mexican horchata before. It wasn't as cinnamon-forward or as sweet as what I'm used to, but it was refreshing and delicious in its own way. The pupusas were fantastic. The bean and cheese ended up being my favorite -- flavorful, comforting, and perfectly balanced. I was expecting the pork rind filling to have more pronounced chicharrón pieces. It was still tasty, just a bit more subtle than I anticipated. Now... the curtido deserves its own paragraph. The yellowish color initially threw me off, but once I tasted it? Game over. Perfectly pickled, still crunchy, and so flavorful that we easily went through a third of the jar. It elevated the pupusas and tied everything together beautifully. Here's my only "complaint": this place is dangerously close to my house. It's delicious, well-priced, and entirely too easy to justify stopping by. My waistline may not appreciate it, but I definitely do. Looking forward to coming back for more pupusas -- and exploring the rest of their menu.

The food is incredibly authentic and very reasonably priced. I can honestly say these are some of the BEST pupusas I've ever had--perfectly made, not greasy at all, and you can truly taste the pride and quality in every bite. We ordered the yuca frita with chicharrón and it was finger-licking good. We also tried pupusas de revueltas, bean & cheese pupusas, and the atole de maíz... and wow. That atole left us craving more--we literally went back two days later just for it! They're new in town, so I really hope the community comes out to support them. Parking is easy, the staff is extremely friendly, and they offer a great selection of traditional aguas frescas. Their menu is super authentic with everything from the mouth watering traditional dishes to comforting home-style Salvadoran cooking. Me and my family will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
