I purchased Ice for months last year: August, September, and October, about 50 bags per week at the max. Today I stopped in to grab 4 bags to check the quality and ice size to plan for the busy season ahead. I paid ahead, got my receipt, and started to load my ice. When grabbing the 2nd bag I tried to grab the 3rd at the same time but didn't want to rip or drop a 20lb bag of ice, so I only took one at a time. When grabbing the 4th and final bag the dude at the register, the same guy I was purchasing from all last year, told me that I already grabbed everything I paid for and accused me of stealing a fifth / extra bag. I explained that I didn't and only took one at a time. He insisted that I was stealing so I told him to come look in my car that was parked right on the curb; he refused to leave the counter and insisted that I took an extra bag. I took a picture of the ice in the back of the car to show him but he was rude and continued to say I took more, so i tried to remind him of all the business I gave him last year. He was a rude d*ick. I will not return to give this shop any money ever again. I work in another local small Buena Park business, and I was wearing my work shirt with the logo, AND I paid with a company card. I didn't need to steal a $5 bag of ice. F*uck you, get wrecked. See the picture with 4 bags in my trunk, check your cameras, you d*ick. In the picture: 4 bags ice, some boxes, & an empty grocery bag, Not 5 bags like I was accused of taking. Show the video if I stole something. Never returning to this shop.

GABE was extremely rude. Terrible customer service!!!!!…read more My boyfriend and I arrived about 30 minutes after the tasting had started, and no one told us there was a two-hour limit. When the two hours were up, we were finishing our last glass when Gabe came over and aggressively started clearing our table and telling us to leave. When I explained that we weren't aware of the time limit, instead of simply explaining the policy, he was condescending and said, "You should know this. Everybody knows this" His attitude was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. He also appeared to have been drinking himself, which made his behavior even more uncomfortable. It's one thing to enforce a policy it's another to treat paying customers like they're being kicked out of the place. A simple heads-up when we arrived would have prevented the entire situation. My bf spends hundreds $$$ at this place. This was such a bad experience!!! I am very disappointed.

First visit a few months ago…read more I decided to buy in person rather than online. I came to the realization that, was a mistake. The pricing at the in store is not current. Sometimes the pricing is cheaper online, and it's reflected when it's scanned at the register. Also not all bourbon is in order. There was a bottle they definitely had , but I couldn't find it and took a few minutes for an associate to locate it. Therefore, I highly recommend to order online and pickup later. (I would have saved about 30mins ordering online ). Not that I'm complaining, just stating a fact. Pricing for scotch and non allocated bourbon is excellent. Lower than anyone , save Costco. I came specifically for a Laphroaig lore cask strength, $85. Grabbed a few other goodies.

I was shopping for a gift and the person I assumed was the owner turned me over to the female manager because they didn't seem to speak much English. She talked to me like I was stupid and then got weird and aggressive when I asked if they had gift bags, telling me they charge for those. I was just asking if they had them! I wasn't asking for anything free, though that would have been nice considering I spent over $200 and then was snapped at like I was trying to get a handout. The young college kids working in there also get treated poorly by the stuff I overheard. The store is small, cramped, and they hover over you for taking a look. More security cameras than a bank.
