After freaking out this man came to my rescue. He gave me all the info i needed which was really not what i wanted to hear but i listened and he is one smart man. He arrived at my place in less then 24 hours and upon reviewing the situation he told me that it wasn't going to be a easy fix as it was their for years. at this point he advised me it was better to just leave... imagine just moving in and having to move out within days. So between me and my mom we started to move got a truck, throw out about 10gs of furniture and stuff that i just couldn't take the chance. Apon arriving at my x's house with a truck and a PODS ready to go.. This AMAZING MAN met me in the lot and sprayed each piece of my furniture as it went to the pod. We saved as much as we could and he bombed the big truck. he sent his whole day with me and my mom calming me while i was so emotional and spend half the time in tears. he made what was happening more barrable and kept telling me it was going to be ok.... What he did saved my life, oh and have I mentioned i was a single mother. ya this man went above and beyond for me... Their are zero words... After 28 days of sleeping in garbage bags of clothes with my daughter in my moms basement we found a place. He came and sprayed the new place to be sure we didn't take anything with us.. since that day I have moved another 2 times and both times he came and spray both houses before we moved in. I actually just bought my first home and again im looking to use his services which is why im here writing this. The most craziest part is that this man has been around my personal belongings, left alone with several purses, money laying around and expensive belongings. Never once did i feel the need to hide anything, he is so trustable, hes been alone in my houses several times. So on that last review saying hes untrustable is by far the craziest thing I've ever read. I honestly trust this man with my life. hands down the best service and the best professional pest treatment out their.. you need anything done this man is who you want to call. Even more so when children are involved. I never had someone work so hard to save someone he hardly knew"s life.

He sprayed to my stove and then the stove began beeping, showing error code of -SE- (according to user manual, it is shorted key), clearly it is because the liquid gets inside and cause it to be shorted. Before he did that, he neither warn me nor take any protective action to the stove nor take out the plug, he just directly sprayed. Later, when I couldn't fix the stove error, I called him hoping he could fix it or pay for the bill if I find some technician to fix it, he got all angry and rude, refusing to take any responsibility. He said I could not prove that the stove worked before he came (but he witnessed the whole beeping thing, he knew he lied), he called me a sneaky person and repeatedly tell me 'sue me if you want', then he hang up on me. All this time I am very polite but he keeps insulting me because he is afraid to pay for the stove repair bills! This is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life, he not only refused to take any responsibility when clearly he damaged my range, he was very rude and insulted me when I tried to ask him to fix the problem. I am outraged by his personal attack! Clearly this is a one man business and if anything happens, you have no way to hold him accountable, he can lie his way out of everything, stay away from this business at all cost!!!

The on-site estimate was just under $100 for them to tell us it would be $7200 to seal everything up. While I understand that there's a cost to doing business, I fully believe that they could have easily told us it was $60/foot for trenching. Or given a ballpark advising that most jobs cost anywhere between 5000-7000. Instead we wasted $100 to hear that it was completely out of range. I cannot speak to the work they provide, as I'm sure they do a fine job; however, I wanted to make others aware of the general cost so they aren't blindsided with the enormous quote. We've recently found friends who have had theirs done for a fraction of the cost. There are also other companies that are willing to provide estimates for free. Overall disappointed with the lack of transparency.

We pointed out the invoice said that all openings had been sealed (they had not been), and the manager literally said he didn't know who wrote that, and seemed to insinuate that either us or the other homeowners had somehow written this in (this is obviously completely untrue). Irregardless of this, it is beyond comprehension that $5,000.00 could be spent to remediate a bat problem and that the issue would come back so quickly. Do not give this company your money.
