I cannot speak to the work they provide, as I'm sure they do a fine job; however, I wanted to make others aware of the general cost so they aren't blindsided with the enormous quote. We've recently found friends who have had theirs done for a fraction of the cost. There are also other companies that are willing to provide estimates for free. We pointed out the invoice said that all openings had been sealed (they had not been), and the manager literally said he didn't know who wrote that, and seemed to insinuate that either us or the other homeowners had somehow written this in (this is obviously completely untrue). Irregardless of this, it is beyond comprehension that $5,000.00 could be spent to remediate a bat problem and that the issue would come back so quickly. Do not give this company your money.
