Later, when I couldn't fix the stove error, I called him hoping he could fix it or pay for the bill if I find some technician to fix it, he got all angry and rude, refusing to take any responsibility. He said I could not prove that the stove worked before he came (but he witnessed the whole beeping thing, he knew he lied), he called me a sneaky person and repeatedly tell me 'sue me if you want', then he hang up on me. All this time I am very polite but he keeps insulting me because he is afraid to pay for the stove repair bills! This is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life, he not only refused to take any responsibility when clearly he damaged my range, he was very rude and insulted me when I tried to ask him to fix the problem. I am outraged by his personal attack!
