If they can't handle small jobs like this, I would never trust them on a larger project. I called up Go for a wasp nest removal from behind the soffit on my roof. A technician came to remove a wasp nest, but decided to dust the entrance and pump insecticide into the space instead. He said he would come back in a week to re-treat the area. I contacted Go via email multiple times and never received any follow up treatment to remove the wasps. Basically once they had my payment, they ignored my emails and never came back to remove the wasps or honor the guarantee. In the end winter took care of the wasps, NOT Go!
