They were transparent about costs and provided a very quick appointment. Abe was our on-site specialist and was FANTASTIC! He arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and thorough, and answered all of our questions. I had called another service to compare and while they were cheaper, they would only remove the nest but not do anything about the entry point into the house. Abe / Mr. Pests Control removed the nest and also sealed the entry point so none of the wasps could get back into the house. Once he completed the removal and sealed the hole from the outside, he went back downstairs to review and confirm the job was complete. We are now two days post removal and all is clear. Nature provided a bedbug assessment and extermination in our two bedroom apartment…read more Martin provided no real inspection to confirm that we had bed bugs. He did not check our rooms or look at the bugs we had found. During our extermination, we showed our exterminator Mario our bugs, and he said that they were "definitely not bedbugs." Mario, who performed our extermination, was extremely rude and lazy. He refused to do basic tasks like bundling up the piles of extension cords he left in our hallway and was never in our unit for more than half an hour. He loudly complained and swore constantly while in our apartment and called us "fucking kids" over and over again. The exterminators also ran our heat treatment for 48 hours, which they admitted was twice as long as necessary, making the apartment extremely uncomfortable and costing us twice as much on our electric bill. They provided no materials on how to prepare our apartment before treatment, or what to do after and their advice was inconsistent. Before our landlord had offered to coordinate our extermination, I spoke to several pest control companies in the city. All of them quoted me far less for similar or better services. I trusted their recommendation and did not want to delay treatment for the sake of ourselves and our neighbours. After our extermination, I would not recommend Nature to anyone needing pest control services.

The appointment was easy to book, they sent me an email confirming and told me the technician would also text me when he's on his way from his prior job, so you have a better idea on arrival. Dominique arrived, assessed the area, continued inside to use the infrared camera to look through the walls for any heat signature and moving wasps and nest in the walls. This was great as the nest did not penetrate the walls of the house and that the Yellow Jacket wasps were nesting up under the exterior of the dormer window. He thoroughly treated the area with immediate results with guaranteeing the protection through the remainder of the season!. Do not waste your time using other companies !! We had an appointment with O!!!n; however we had waited 3 hours and after calling them, they broke that appointment and rescheduled again. After waiting over 2 hours at home for the rescheduled appointment resulted in a no show and phone call to them again... Bottom line, do not waste your time going with other companies! With my new lawn, I thought I would get some professional help to kill the white grubs. I signed up for the fertilizer / weed control program with the optional white grub treatment. Now at the end of the summer my lawn looks fantastic, no weeds or grubs! I had my doubts as to how well the weed control and grub treatment would perform since Ottawa has strict pesticide rules. As I mentioned though, my lawn doesn't have any weeds or grubs so the products they are using worked great. The fertilizer kept my lawn plush and green all summer too. The customer service is great as well! I have called for information on a few things and they have always taken the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed off the phone. One gentleman even went to Canadian Tire to check out some products for me! Like I said, very impressed with these guys and can't recommend them enough.
