The on-site estimate was just under $100 for them to tell us it would be $7200 to seal everything up. While I understand that there's a cost to doing business, I fully believe that they could have easily told us it was $60/foot for trenching. Or given a ballpark advising that most jobs cost anywhere between 5000-7000. Instead we wasted $100 to hear that it was completely out of range. I cannot speak to the work they provide, as I'm sure they do a fine job; however, I wanted to make others aware of the general cost so they aren't blindsided with the enormous quote. We've recently found friends who have had theirs done for a fraction of the cost. There are also other companies that are willing to provide estimates for free. Overall disappointed with the lack of transparency.

We pointed out the invoice said that all openings had been sealed (they had not been), and the manager literally said he didn't know who wrote that, and seemed to insinuate that either us or the other homeowners had somehow written this in (this is obviously completely untrue). Irregardless of this, it is beyond comprehension that $5,000.00 could be spent to remediate a bat problem and that the issue would come back so quickly. Do not give this company your money.

We had raccoons under the overhang on our roof. They installed a one way gate (upside down at…read morefirst) but didn't take into account that the pebbles on our tar and gravel roof would keep the gate from closing securely. I had to explain to them that they needed to add small wooden spacers to allow the gravel to fall through between the gate and the roof and not block the gate. In all it took an extra month before they realized this and the raccoons were finally evicted. Plus I was charged for work (securing the soffits) that was not done and only when I pointed this out to them did they revise their invoice.
