Later, when I couldn't fix the stove error, I called him hoping he could fix it or pay for the bill if I find some technician to fix it, he got all angry and rude, refusing to take any responsibility. He said I could not prove that the stove worked before he came (but he witnessed the whole beeping thing, he knew he lied), he called me a sneaky person and repeatedly tell me 'sue me if you want', then he hang up on me. All this time I am very polite but he keeps insulting me because he is afraid to pay for the stove repair bills! This is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life, he not only refused to take any responsibility when clearly he damaged my range, he was very rude and insulted me when I tried to ask him to fix the problem. We pointed out the invoice said that all openings had been sealed (they had not been), and the manager literally said he didn't know who wrote that, and seemed to insinuate that either us or the other homeowners had somehow written this in (this is obviously completely untrue). Irregardless of this, it is beyond comprehension that $5,000.00 could be spent to remediate a bat problem and that the issue would come back so quickly. Do not give this company your money.
