Or given a ballpark advising that most jobs cost anywhere between 5000-7000. Instead we wasted $100 to hear that it was completely out of range. I cannot speak to the work they provide, as I'm sure they do a fine job; however, I wanted to make others aware of the general cost so they aren't blindsided with the enormous quote. We've recently found friends who have had theirs done for a fraction of the cost. There are also other companies that are willing to provide estimates for free. Overall disappointed with the lack of transparency.

We pointed out the invoice said that all openings had been sealed (they had not been), and the manager literally said he didn't know who wrote that, and seemed to insinuate that either us or the other homeowners had somehow written this in (this is obviously completely untrue). Irregardless of this, it is beyond comprehension that $5,000.00 could be spent to remediate a bat problem and that the issue would come back so quickly. Do not give this company your money.

We had raccoons under the overhang on our roof. I had to explain to them that they needed to add small wooden spacers to allow the gravel to fall through between the gate and the roof and not block the gate. In all it took an extra month before they realized this and the raccoons were finally evicted. Plus I was charged for work (securing the soffits) that was not done and only when I pointed this out to them did they revise their invoice.

Ollie from Skedaddle arrived with a workmate, sporting N95 masks and taking full COVID-19 precautions (which I guess are also required when dealing with wildlife too). Payment was also contactless and over the phone. The Skedaddle team removed the nest, disinfected the vent work and put a custom-made screen in place (made-to-measure in their truck). We also noticed a few other vents in need of love and Ollie kindly agreed to take care of those too. Ollie's calm, professional and explanatory approach to our problem greatly reassured my partner, who was freaking out a bit at the thought of our unwanted guests settling in. (Not to tell me useless things like "we'll pass by" and then never do, or "you have to be patient"; I need serious professionals to deal with the issue and to set up a real time and day appointment for me).
