Worst customer service ever. Bought set of brand new Goodyear Summer performance tires in March…read more2015 and one of the tire's sidewall got damaged/slashed in May 2015. Called the facility to claim, explaining what happened and the owner hung up the phone. I tried calling couple more times after but no answer. I tried 10 mins later and finally he picks up the phone and gives me the solution to my problem " You can order another tire to replace it but it has no guarantee that it would not happen again. PATHETIC. I finally got another tire from CANADIAN TIRE with Guarantee.

I was particularly impressed with them on my last visit to replace my tires because as I was driving to the shop my SECOND tire fell off the rim a couple kilometres away. I was stranded on the road without a spare tire but they saved the day! In a matter of 15 minutes they sent out two employees who put on a new tire on the side of the road so that I was able to drive to the shop and get the other 3 put on . I thought this business had a clue as to what they were doing, wow I was so wrong…read more Brought my vehicle in to get wi yer tires on steel rims. Technician installed 2 of the rims with tires in the wrong direction - most tires today have to be installed in the correct direction as marked on the tires. Next they took off one tires and wheels then removed the balance weights, not only that but seem to have damaged one of the pressure sensors. Now tire leaks at the tps. Now I have to go back and try to get that fixed. No confidence that will happen.
