This past summer my son moved into an upper apartment unknowingly there were bed bugs. After the landlady called another company in St. Catherines and had it treated twice or more unsuccessfully , I decided to call Abell myself. He is very knowledgeable and always has the answer to any questions we may have about pest control issues, which are common in South Florida. Lenny is a super nice guy that listens to any concern we may have and is extremely thorough in informing us about the products being used inside and out. During the pandemic, he has remained invested in our pest control plan and has been respectful of our COVID precautions. 3 years ago, our business office/warehouse started having mice issues. We contacted Abell and they worked quickly to address the issue. We have continued using them for monthly checks and are happy to report that we have had no issues. Lately we recognized that we could not handle the mouse problem we had by ourselves. We contacted Abell Pest Control and they were quick to set up an appointment. The technician (Tony Haystead) was efficient at inspecting the outside of our house for points of entry. He also inspected the inside of the house to check existing traps that we set up. We had a problem with a nest of wasps that was not in view. We called another pest control company but could not be scheduled for over two weeks. We called Abell and they sent Kris to our home the next day. Kris treated the area on a Friday, came back on the following Monday, and then again on the Wednesday of that week. He tried a couple of different treatments and the wasps were finally eliminated. Kris was very friendly and followed up with us until the problem was solved. We are very pleased with service from Abell Pest control. The inspection and service happened the day after we called. Tyler very quickly figured out how the squirrel entered our attic and explained exactly what he was going todo. Tyler was honest, knowledgeable and straight forward.
