Birch was the first to reply, within minutes of my request. They provided a quote and a phone number to call or book. I called the number and the person who answered was polite and knowledgeable to answer my questions. I could book someone to come the next day but I wasn't going to be home, so I scheduled someone the day after. They called the day before to make sure the appointment was still good. Someone would come out to our home from 1-5PM and at 12:45PM, the staff called me to see if it was still good to stop by and that he would be there in about 15 minutes. He arrived at that time and I showed him where I suspected the nest was. He looked and told me he would take care of it, and then come to our other door to let me know. All was good as he said I could pay via cash or cheque and if I wanted to pay by credit card, I could do so over the phone. He said if we still had an issue in 5-7 days to call their office and they would come back. The woman on the phone told me the same and she said the cost would be covered. The minor issue was regarding the amount but he was fine with charging me what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend them for any pest control problems. Of the 4 companies I contacted, they are the only ones that provided a timely response and a quote. One other replied to my message but only told me to call someone.
