It was a simple as telling them exactly what I needed via Facebook messaging, and they were quick with an affordable quote. The young men they sent were respectable and polite. They were an appropriate fifteen minutes early, and finished the job within a half hour. That was even though the dining room table had to be partially disassembled to get through the door, AND the hide-a-bed needed to be moved through a basement stairwell. All in all they were friendly, professional, fast and affordable---everything you want in a service such as this. I feel like I'm repeating myself, but I just couldn't be happier. I'd call this company again in a heartbeat.

So, August hits and I am asked to help a neighbour/friend with her home (downsizing and overall clean up). Given she has lived in her home since 1956/57, you all can imagine. I called Jacque to reserve a bin and explained the situation. She was understanding and accomodating, and the patience with which she delivered the bin to the back lane in the driveway still makes me smile :-) The rate provided was perfect and 3 bins later (yes), we will be calling on them again to provide assistance. They are easy to reach in case of a question and they are great to work with when needing scheduling help. They have a selection of sizes, come as quickly as they can to bring the bin and to pick it up. As well, in a pinch they are kind enough to help for a few minutes -- we were running late to put all the debris in the bin and Sam was kind enough to help us get the last bits in with no trouble :-) As many of you know, I do not give such a rating easily, however, All Disposal--Jacque and Sam --are a very good company and operation with very good rates and just overall good people :-)

Terrible customer service. Husband/wife run/own the company yet they can't even run their day to…read moreday lives. When everything goes good I'm sure these guys are awesome to deal with. However when they run into one issue and you challenge them on it they turn into a nightmare. I've got a total of 4 bins from them this month and have been charged over 5 times with no invoices coming to a total of over 1700$. I will advise that if you have 1 stick or piece of plastic..etc in your "clean full" then they will simply charge you 900$+ instead of the agree amount (250$). Still have no refund/invoices and they have dumped over 10 yards of dirt from 2 bins onto the driveway it was initially removed from. I never write reviews because I think they are rather pointless but anything to save someone from using this terrible company. But hey if you don't mind getting hung up on, ignored, disrespected, overcharged and taken advantage of then this is the company for you. Also if you talk to Jackie ask for Sam because she has no idea who's who or what's going on with the company.
