They let me customize my front yard and backyard differently and didn't have a problem with it. They blew out and picked up all the leaves from all my hedges without charging me extra. We emailed them and did not get a response. We then phoned two different phone numbers and there was no answer. They still have not showed up, as of Jan. 10 although we have paid for the month of Jan. Very poor management and very poor customer service. We came to an agreement was told with the additional fee we would be on the priotitylist and snow clearing would be done within 24 hours after the snow ended. We had lots of snow over December 24, 25. We did not expect anyone to come out during Christmas but did expect them to be here on the 27. On Monday December 29, 2025 i contacted Sean asking when the walks would be done. Was told they had management issues but crews were getting ready and heading out. This is December 31 they still have not showed up and have not replied to recent messages. Definitely poor management, poor follow up poor service all around!

First impression: Scott struck as a very professional and very eager to serve kind of person. After checking out many others, I have finally decided to go with Scott and RMK for my yard and landscaping work. Interpersonal approach and communication: Scott is very detailed and clear in communication and all through the process, as I had many updates and changes to my plan, worked with me to see through the completion. He was never pushy and salesman type and always honest, when he don't know the answer. About the actual work: Scott was punctual and stayed on schedule and was never in a hurry to finish the work in haste. I found him very thorough and felt like he was working on his own yard. Very rarely you will come across companies which offer such home services, where you get a trust-worthy feeling. RMK also does yearly yard cleanup and snow removal and I liked their website which had good pictures (before and after) and testimonials. There was less professionalism on the site and more functional aspects. He normally doesn't answer phones while working, but found him returning my calls or responding through email at the end of the day. After the work is done, Scott ensured that the work area is cleaned up and bagged all waste and garbage properly. I was very happy to have found Scott and RMK and know that any yard/landscaping work in future, I can call him. Scott provided a full invoice on the quote after all the work is completed and after checking if I was fully satisfied. I had to pay RMK by cheque as they are not setup to accept credit card. They are BBB 'A' accredited - which is one thing I definitely look for when using professional services.
