APS Landscaping completed all the landscaping for my new-build home, starting with final grade…read morethrough to the finished yard, including a fence. Troy was responsive and professional from our first email exchange. He worked with my ideas and requests to come up with a design, giving smart input and recommendations. When work began, his team was prompt, professional, hardworking, and equipped with everything needed for the job. They kept the site clean, tidied at the end of the day, and were all friendly and knowledgeable. Troy was available when I had questions, got my input whenever needed, and accommodated my last-minute requests even when they complicated the in-progress job. I highly recommend APS Landscaping as a professional and knowledgeable team who will not only get the job done but do it extremely well.

I have recently used RMK for some yard work and landscaping work. I have been planning on this work…read morefor more than a year and I have been in touch with Scott, who runs this company. First impression: Scott struck as a very professional and very eager to serve kind of person. After checking out many others, I have finally decided to go with Scott and RMK for my yard and landscaping work. Interpersonal approach and communication: Scott is very detailed and clear in communication and all through the process, as I had many updates and changes to my plan, worked with me to see through the completion. He was never pushy and salesman type and always honest, when he don't know the answer. About the actual work: Scott was punctual and stayed on schedule and was never in a hurry to finish the work in haste. I found him very thorough and felt like he was working on his own yard. Very rarely you will come across companies which offer such home services, where you get a trust-worthy feeling. RMK also does yearly yard cleanup and snow removal and I liked their website which had good pictures (before and after) and testimonials. There was less professionalism on the site and more functional aspects. He normally doesn't answer phones while working, but found him returning my calls or responding through email at the end of the day. After the work is done, Scott ensured that the work area is cleaned up and bagged all waste and garbage properly. I was very happy to have found Scott and RMK and know that any yard/landscaping work in future, I can call him. Scott provided a full invoice on the quote after all the work is completed and after checking if I was fully satisfied. I had to pay RMK by cheque as they are not setup to accept credit card. They are BBB 'A' accredited - which is one thing I definitely look for when using professional services.

Right from the very beginning Tony was very professional and provided us with input that we adopted and are grateful we did. At the outset we personally met with Tony at our home to tell him what we were looking for. From that meeting he produced a professional computer generated drawing and 3D image of what it would look like. The work then began and, voila, it turned out just as pictured. Tony provides a detailed engagement letter completely outlining the scope of the work and cost so as to ensure there is no confusion, which we found very helpful. Tony never wavered from the price quoted, despite our requesting several changes. He was honest and forthright from start to finish. Tony was very responsive throughout, listened carefully to all of our feedback and promptly addressed any concerns or requested changes we had. We found Tony to be a great communicator, with a strong philosophy toward ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Thank you for everything Tony. Mission accomplished! Mark & Val
