I was so happy when I found this company on Facebook and they said they would be able to help me. My only consolation in all this is that I only paid for one month as I could not afford to do the three-month discounted rate. They came twice in the first week - both times after repeated messages asking when they were coming and after 48 hours of the last snowfall, not the 24 hours that they advertise. Then on Saturday, December 7th, we had rain which turned into a large snowfall. I texted Sam on Sunday as his wife was no longer even reading my FB messages, so I thought I might have better luck there. He didn't bother responding until Monday saying that the crews didn't go out as there was less than a cm of snow that fell and that we would be getting a couple of days of snow and the crews would come halfway and then at the end. First of all, I had way more than a cm of snow here (Sherwood Park) on that day. I even sent him a couple pictures to show that. Then on the Tuesday, it did snow overnight, and no one ever showed up to do any snow removal at all. All phone calls I made to Sam's number went unanswered, and his voice mail was full so I couldn't even leave a message. I sent texts and tried another FB message to his wife with no response anywhere. Tried his number today hoping that maybe they would have the decency to show up for this snowfall only to find out that the number is disconnected. I am on my own with no other support, working two jobs to make ends meet. I am also a caregiver for my elderly mother who was diagnosed with both dementia and cancer this summer, and that takes up a lot of my time as well - not to mention wanting to be able to spend whatever time I have left with her. This is why I really needed the help with snow removal. I also don't have the money to pay another company to come and do it now after I've already paid one. I too would like a refund, but I'm not holding my breath on that happening. This whole experience really just lessens my belief in the goodness of people even more.

The sod is 2" higher than the sidewalk and water is pooling, every time it rains. The sod is not graded properly and old sod was left below, where weeds are growing out from! Weeds are growing in the rocks, as well. We received a warranty from this company, but they don't respond to our requests, so we will file a civil suit!

I sent a message late last night asking for a quote, and got a quick reply this morning (Feb. 29) at around 7:20 am offering to come by between 8 and 10. I didn't see the email until 10, but he still came within an hour, around 11, and was done by 11:40. Dylan was fast and efficient and friendly, cleared exactly the areas that we needed cleared, and charged a very reasonable price, including giving us a seniors discount! I highly recommend Dylan and Wild Yard Landscaping for snow removal, especially for seniors. We intend to get a quote later this year, after the snow is gone, for other landscaping work that we want done.

It had snowed and nobody showed up after two days, we emailed and got an excuse about management issues. After Christmas it snowed and nobody showed up to clean our sidewalks. We emailed them and did not get a response. We then phoned two different phone numbers and there was no answer. They still have not showed up, as of Jan. 10 although we have paid for the month of Jan. Very poor management and very poor customer service. On Monday December 29, 2025 i contacted Sean asking when the walks would be done. Was told they had management issues but crews were getting ready and heading out. This is December 31 they still have not showed up and have not replied to recent messages. Definitely poor management, poor follow up poor service all around!
