Treetop Urban Gardens is an Edmonton-based, female-led landscaping, carpentry and botanical art company founded in 2018.
We create spaces that bring people closer to nature, from sustainable gardens, patios, decks and custom outdoor builds to handcrafted terrariums, aquascapes and living botanical art.
What makes us different is the way we combine horticulture, craftsmanship, sustainability and art. We design for Edmonton’s climate, work with ecological principles, incorporate reclaimed and upcycled materials whenever possible, and approach each project as something individual rather than formulaic.
.
Whether we're transforming a yard or building an ecosystem inside a piece of rescued glass, our philosophy is simple: Ww meet you where the earth meets your intention.
History
Established in 2018.
Treetop began as the dream of a young entrepreneur named Amir who came to Canada for love. He worked hard to build Treetop until 2017, when the then father of five was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
His wife kept Treetop going throughout his illness and after his death in 2019. Working with nature has been a blessing and a saving grace for the family that is Treetop, which is what the name Amir means. We take pride in keeping his name alive.
Meet the Manager: Mimi T.
Gardening and landscaping has become a passion and a mission to improve indoor and outdoor spaces. I love nothing more than transforming people's homes from drab to fab.
