The immaturity and childish behaviour of the Dignified Landscaping owner Adam and some of his…read moreemployees is concerning. He has a sense of entitlement that leads him to believe that he does not need to demonstrate respect or courtesy to the tenants and residents of the properties that he works at. He is rude and was observed to intentionally park his equipment in front and behind a tenant's vehicle in such a way so as to prevent them from being able to move. This was in response to him feeling that the driveway was for his use only even though there was plenty of space for him to use it for his purposes. When he was asked to move his equipment, he refused saying that he could do whatever he wants and doesn't have to listen to other people. He justified his actions by polling his subordinates. It required the intervention of building management for him to finally move his equipment and they were appalled by his behaviour. Given this, Adam and Dignified Landscaping is not a company you want to hire and I would recommend you look elsewhere for your landscaping needs.
