One of my coworkers told me about this place and told me it was a must for me to visit since I was getting ready to install new floors. My husband went here on Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy. They have a huge selection of tiles and laminate flooring. My husband and I were specifically looking for tile for our bathrooms and some wood looking tile for the kitchen. They have great prices here. We went to 3 other stores in rancho and they were at least 2x the price as ABC tiles. We found the exact tile at a competitor's store for a little cheaper and ABC tile was able to price match without a problem. To me that shows ethical values for a store. They aren't going to get over on you. Joe helped me during the whole process and was very professional and accommodating. We've had such a great experience with ABC Tile! They have a great selection of tile and were very easy to work with. When we remodeled our kitchen, we found the floor tile we wanted, but were having a hard time finding the perfect tile for the backsplash. When we described what our vision was to the owner he immediately suggested a tile that happened to be out of stock at the moment. He showed us a picture and it was perfect! He ordered more for us and that tile is now our back splash. A year and a half later, we've decided to remodel our bathroom and wanted matching floor tile. ABC made it so easy to come in and pick up a few more boxes of the tile and were even able to match the price we paid previously. The only downside if going to ABC is that every time we go we leave wanting to retile everything! read more

Omg my god! WORST place ever! I use to get my tiles from here to remodels houses I was renting out, so everything use to be fine. A few days later I had another project on a house and I decided to buy the tiles from here. I don't know what happen but all of my credits were gone and I wasn't able to get discount via their rewards program. Keep in mind buying tiles for a whole house (usually 1,000-1,500 sq ft) is a lot, lot of money. There selection of tiles are very limited too and everything is pricey now! However, they were having a problem finding the type that would match the color of their pre-existing hardwood floor that was already in parts of the house. So my friend recommended that I call up Patrick, the owner of ABC Tile. I passed along Patrick's number to my Dad and after a few calls and emails of pictures, Patrick was able to find a perfect match for my parents' floor. Not only did Patrick give us an amazingly affordable price, he also had everything in stock so I was able to pick up all the materials and drive them back to San Jose for my parents at the end of the weekend. My parents are very happy with their new floor and they've been recommending ABC Tile to all our family. I am remodeling my kitchen and replacing about 1,500 sf ft of laminate flooring so I searched several flooring stores before deciding to purchase from ABC Tile. All the employees there were helpful and friendly. Besides the friendly staff, the prices were competitive and the selection was great. So when I finally decided to purchase the laminate flooring I went with ABC tile. Pablo took my order over the phone and when I went to pick up the flooring the next day during lunch, he had it ready and even loaded it onto my truck himself. Im an worker at abc tile... the issue I see at abc tile is communication and label of certain items. When asking sales associates about an certain product for an customer, they get frustrated. Which leads into an tickle effect. Many times asked about receipts for an customer... especially if they state the customer is an a hurry. I have patients but I don't have patients for when I ask and you get frustrated in asking about an msds. Lack of communication leads into domestic disputes which I feel is already awarded. Oh customers who tell me I already know; the thing is I don't know them. Which makes feel uncomfortable at certain times... when you hurry an situation or communication and is not reiterated by both parties, which leads to confusion or altercation. read more

This is my first Yelp review. In fact the only reason I created this Yelp account was to leave the details of my positive experience with ABC Tile. ABC Tile is the only store I go to now for my DIY tile projects. I just finished laying about 500 sq feet of tile for my backyard patio with tile, thinset, grout and tools all purchased from ABC tile. Their prices are better than the big box retailers and the help from the customer stuff was excellent. Given that I work long hours during the week, could only work on the project on the weekends (when I had time), and had no other help to complete my project, it took me about two months to finish my job. By the time I was near finishing the project, I needed to purchase an additional bag of grout and I had two boxes of tile left over. I called ABC tile to see if they could accept my return even though it was beyond the 30 day return period. Pablo graciously offered to accept return of the boxes. He also gave me a discounted price for an additional bag of grout. When I showed up, I was even offered a complimentary bottle of water from one of their laborers. I highly recommend this business for any tile related materials or tools, they have a huge selection and their customer service/friendliness is second to none.
