I've been here a few times to scan my artwork and each time is worse, which is why I'm never going back again. Every time I go they change the prices depending on how they feel and claim they charge a $5 fee just for ink but scanning requires no ink! On top of the fact that they don't even know how to use their equipment. I've had to tell them specific details and even walk one of the employees through using the scanner. Its not like I'm scanning anything ridiculous just regular pages ripped out of my sketchbook, regular paper size. It's beyond ridiculous at this point and the prices are literally based off of how they feel about you. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST printing establishment ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for anything ever. read more

This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I only needed to print a 4-page document, for which they attempted to charge me a processing fee of $3.50 (opening a word document stored in a flash drive). Well, I needed the job done, so I agreed to paying the extra fee. When I pulled out my card, all I heard in a very abrasive manner was, "I cannot take your card for less than $10, I can either charge you $10 for 4 pages, or you go find cash!" I would have easily bought water or chocolate bars to total. Instead, thanks to this sour experience, I rather take my money, present, and future business somewhere else. read more

This place is CONSTANTLY changing their prices. They have no idea what they are doing and have different employees telling you different things. I've been scanning my art here for the last 3 months because it's so close to home but I swear this will be my last time. They claimed to charged 4.99 just as a processing fee to scan 3 pages of paper??!! That's insane! On top of that one day it's a price minimum and another it's only card or whatever. I'm sooo over the unprofessionalism here. It's also super weird that they don't have a set price list so they can fluctuate when they decide to. Excellent work. ABC Imaging provided our company, on several occasions, excellent work products, speed and efficiency, and all with great customer service. We recently had a fairly large order with a tight deadline. The order included over 1000 copies that needed to be folded and bound, large foam boards with special instructions, large papers, and other printouts. All were completed in the exact time frame specified. Nabil and Oscar are fantastic to work with. For those who rated poorly, I suggest working on your communication. I gather from your responses that there was a miscommunication which lead to dissatisfaction. Tell a service provided EXACTLY what you want and what you expect and you will have much better experiences. Regarding price, they are fair for the service and quality they provide, I would not say they are the "cheapest" but again they are fair prices. Don't expect the world for the cost of a penny, you will receive the quality and service for the amount you pay (i.e. none). Staples and Kinkos are not of the same caliber as ABC Imaging. I have been to both for printing needs (staples has since shut their doors) and have not been satisfied with the quality nor the service either company provided. They are only able to do basic printing needs and anything outside their cookie cutter templates are not possible/they are incapable. Go to ABC Imaging tell them exactly what you want and they can do it for a reasonable price. read more

This place was GREAT. The price was unbelievably reasonable. I printed 6 pages of A3 sized B&W paper, 1 page of B&W A0 size, and 1 page of B&W A1 size. The total was only $6!!! ABC Imaging is not as easy 1,2,3. First of all, there are 3 different door options you can go into. One of which is off of Flower, but it is for employees only. The other one is off of Wilshire but in a corner and is locked as well. The third is inside the double doors to a tall office building. Took me about 5 minutes to pick the right one. When I told the manager what I needed he took me over to a lady's desk who would help me, who was on the phone at the time, and proceeded to remain on the phone for the next 7 minutes. After she got off the phone and helped me, she rang up the price which was extremely high for what I needed done. I left and went to Staples up the street and they did the job for half the price. #thatwaseasy read more

Great service. I needed a ten page double sided booklet printed with a double sided cover and back cover. They walked me through all the choices, and it was clear they knew what they were talking about in terms of resolution, bleed, etc. They even did a color proof for me. Quality of the booklet was excellent and they delivered when they told us they would. MUCH better than the vibe I got from the fedex across the street (and cheaper too). I admittedly did not check out the Staples down the road, but overall was very, very happy with my experience here. read more
