They could improve on their punctuality, their compassion and don't give their customers a false sense of time. They told me 20ish minutes they would pick me up I've been waiting now for over an hour. Would not recommend read more

Dropped one of my patients off at the wrong location and then when I called & let them know the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and snappy she said they were coming right back. 15 minutes later when I called again to check on the ride she yelled and said "THEY ARE ON THE WAY I TOLD YOU THAT" and hung up on me. terrible customer service when it was their mistake in the first place. read more

This place gets 5 stars day and night, an extremely friendly staff that always comes through when needed.

Called to reserve a cab to the airport a few days ago for an early flight today (pick up time at 3:30am). The lady I spoke to on the phone spoke very clearly and was friendly. The cab showed up about 5 minutes early and I received a call from the company stating so. The driver was efficient and the cab was clean. Our fare was cheaper than an Uber (we took an Uber on a similar route yesterday and it costed $20 more). read more

Reserved a cab to take us home on New Year's Eve. Called to confirm, the dispatcher was completely rude and said I didn't make arrangements with her and they are not going near any bars tonight. What kind of cab wont go near a bar on New Year's Eve? read more

Called to book a cab and get a price for a ride to the airport. It was double the cost of other local options. The customer service was terrible and the lady on the phone called me a "mother f**ker" bc I decided to choose another operator. Super super unprofessional. Would never recommend read more

Horrible company, I was at the store and witnessed an elderly lady wait over 1 hour for a cab. An associate ended up giving the lady a ride home. read more

Very disappointed with my attempts to get a cab with this company. First attempt was on a Friday afternoon at 1 PM. Called them and got a "your call has been forwarded message". Phone rang for 9 rings with no answer, so I hung up. Next attempt was a Wednesday at Noon. Same forwarding message but I actually got a live person. Requested a cab. Was told the wait time would be 40 mins to maybe an hour. I confirmed that I would meet the cab at the curb because I live in a gated community. Dispatcher said he would call when cab was on the way. By 1:15, no call had come, so I called them back. This time all I got was music on the phone. Waited on that for another 5 mins, hung up and got a ride from a friend. They called me back at 2 PM leaving me a voicemail saying the cab was at my gate! Terrible service. read more

ABC to the rescue! I'll be honest if I need a ride I call Uber. Unfortunately we broke down last night and there were no Uber's available not was I sure if they would take a dog. AAA driver called ABC for us. They were super professional, empathetic and were professional. The driver liked our dog too. It was a no brainer that when we needed a ride back to the repair shop we called them again. Same experience... quick, professional and dog friendly! read more

Awesome service!! The sweet young Dispatcher said they would be here in 30 minutes and got here just on time! Drivers were polite and they have the funniest conversations with dis patch on the radio. Very entertaining!! Well deserved 5 stars and deserves a big tip! read more

Quick ride usually. Don't really have an issue other than the fact one of the drivers smokes while driving, considering some people have health issues. read more

They are the worst they will put you on hold and never pick you up. they made me wait 2 hours I finally walked home 5 miles. I was pissed and that's why I'm leaving this message. read more

With cab companies like this...No wonder lyft and uber exist....The cabs are old, dirty, and not well maintained....oh....and they might take over 2 hours to come get you...I will never use them again read more

Absolutely the worst cab company in Redding. I called and made a reservation to the airport for the following morning. My confirmed pickup time was for 3:15am. I got the feeling I should call and check at 3:20am and they had no record of me and said they would dispatch out a cab immediately. 45 minutes later I was on the phone with Yellow Cab who promptly saved the day and got me to the airport just in time for my flight. read more

Very rude service by the driver. If you're looking for quality service, consider somewhere else. After giving blatant attitude after I had asked him to repeat a question, I opted to go with someone else. Also, if you come back from a very long and tiring flight, consider another company so you don't have to deal with the male driver/heavy set/ wearing a hat. He needs retraining. read more

They were awesome when my 14 year old daughter needed a ride home. He got there fast and got her home quickly. The driver was friendly. No complaints here. read more

Absolutely the worst and yellow cab is no better. unfortunatley there's only 2 cab company to choose from in the area. The girl that answered the phone act as if she didnt want to send no one to pick up from the airport. Other people around me also was waiting for a cab for over and hour and half. Gentle man missed his flight after booking them the day before. all the hotels and other buissness are just at least 15-30 min away. read more

worse fucken service..I waited 1hr n never show up.i recommend someone other company..

Spotty service. Sometimes they are good about being on time when you schedule pick ups, but most of the time they are really late. The only reason I continued to use them is because their rates are decent and they are convenient. read more

I am not one to be picky. But I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and had to be observed in the er. After getting released from the hospital at about 2am. I called ABC after receiving professional service from them before. They told me it would be about 30 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting. I called them back, I was then told another 30 minutes due to a driver receiving a pickup in Red Bluff. This shows that they do not honor the que, after being told this I told them to go kick rocks, this was not due to the wait time, but due to the lack of communication. I bit the bullet and called yellow cab, the driver was late but they kept me updated. I will never use ABC cab, they clearly care less about their customers than they imply. read more

The Stalker Club of Redding (S.C.O.R.) being a Community service felt it was necessary to rate the best Taxi Co we could find. We found ABC Taxi to be just that. They are friendly and quick and offer a fair price to their clients. If you want an easy phone number to remember then call the other company, but if you want good service then call ABC and ask for Chuck.. read more

Can't give a zero. Called and made a reservation and confirmed the night before for a 3:30am pick up to get to the airport. Was told when I called at 3:30am that there was no reservation and I should call a different cab company. Total fail!!!! I would have got the name of the horrible customer service agent on the phone, but I didn't want to miss my flight. These people don't care about how they affect other's lives. read more

Absolute worst in redding. Consistantly late and misquoted wait times. Everytime I've called they are at least 10-15 minutes late. I called an hour ahead and was told 25-30 minutes, it took over an hour for them to get here. I gave them a couple chances, but not ever again. Being a former cab driver in Redding, I know wait times can be unavoidle or change, but never have I had a cab company be late 100% of the time. read more

I'm soo pissed off right now, I've been waiting for abc cab to show up for over an hour and a half, and this is not the first time this has happened, it's vary disappointing, because I use cabs almost every day, and I'm your above average tipper. I hope this gets to the owners, that's if they care what is going on in there business, but this is not how you conduct business. read more

So, what I essentially have to say is that these people may be hit or miss. I got one good ride from them, a little late. Then when I was out at night, at 1AM, OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND IN THE RAIN, they let me wait for an hour for a cab. I'm sure it'd have been longer if I'd waited. I walked home drunk instead. Be sure to have a backup plan. If you rely on these people you might just be sorry like I was. and if I sound whiny, it's because I have anxiety troubles and it completely ruined my night. read more

ABC was an absolute lifesaver to us on Thanksgiving day. We were on our way to family across states and the car broke down. We tried anything and everything but being a holiday, no one would help if they even answered. Others were price gouging like crazy. We were stuck on the side of the freeway for hours. Finally, I called ABC and they were short handed, but the dispatcher listened to our plight, cared and found a driver who could get to us in a jiffy. Levi (cab-12)was prompt, on time, very very helpful, and nice as can be to us. They really gave us something to be thankful about on a truly horrible holiday experience. Thanks guys! read more

Quick pick up but a little snarky grumpy service. Would give a 4 star otherwise. Driver did not even get out to help. We had to load our own bags in the car. Drove fast and disregarded rules. Was efficient though and did his main job. read more

Dispatchers are kind, drivers are warm and friendly, it was perfect. I landed at the airport late and couldn't get a rental car. I used ABC a total of three times in less than 24 hours. They were on time, every time, and even emailed me my receipt when I forgot to get it. Made the trip easy. read more

I do NOT recommend using this cab service if you need to be picked up at a specific time. I reserved a cab for 6 at 5:15. It didn't show. I called and was assured he was "right down the street." 30 minutes later he showed up-- in a car that only holds 4. Not only that-- he tried to lie to us about why he was late. Not cool. I'll never use this company again. read more

One time it took then over an hour just to send a cab and I had to call twice, and another time they took so long to send a cab I got impatient and just walked and the time I walked to my destination was shorter than the time I had to wait for the cab which is pretty ironic. read more

Well planned in advance. Like on tues for Sat Organized for ABC Cab to drive us from the Beer event,Tap Into Tehama. About 30 min till pick up. I got a call they can't come to Redbluff, not their territory. I sure wish someone could have figured this out a little sooner. So I have never been in an ABC cab, not sure I ever will. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I work at the hospital and called to get a ride for patient. They told me 30-40 min. I asked if they would call me when they are on their way and they said they would. It was 20minutes later they called and said they were here. I took my patient down stairs immediately and ABC cab was not there. I called the office thinking they went to the wrong hospital. Nope. They told me the driver had arrived and marked us down as a no show and left. I told her that was ridiculous, we were at the front door within 2 minutes of their courtesy call. Their driver couldn't wait 2 minutes for us? Plus they told us 30-40min and only 20minutes had passed. They said the best they could do was send another driver who arrived in 15 minutes. He was rude, made no eye contact and simply said how you gonna pay for the ride. Our hospital will not be using abc cab ever again and I have contacted our HR Dept and ER Dept to make sure of it. read more
