In fact, he was glad to hear that the repairs were covered under warranty. When I contacted Guy about the warranty job he came out to look at the siding and estimate the cost to replace the siding because the old siding color was discontinued and no longer available. The manufacturer asked for several different variations of estimates and Guy would always accommodate us. When the manufacturer finally agreed to replace the siding, they were not willing to pay a reasonable rate for the labor it would take to do the job. After speaking to their senior management they agreed to increase the labor if we got other estimates. We got the names of four other companies from them. We called all four and not one was interested in giving us an estimate for warranty work. Faced with that they agreed to Guy's estimate. When Rinkydink started the job they were organized and everything went smoothly. Seth and John were great! Explaining everything and answering all our questions, their attention to detail was excellent, the job we got this time far exceeded the original siding. We could not be any happier! We will contact Guy and Rinkydink for any future jobs we can.
