I spent around 2700$ for 8 new sparkplugs and a new turn signal lever. $350 of that was just for showing up at their garage. They charge a flat 170$ off the top no matter what, and they dont do anything for that. Not air in your tires, they dont top off fluids, vaccuum the car, clean the glass. Just a gouge at the beginning and you get nothing in return. I will not be going back. But, if you dont mind the cost for nothing, they are very fast and very good. You can trust them to get it done, but it wont be affordable.

This a an issue that I have had several other "experts" attempt. One insisted that there was no problem, but the batteries were dead the next day. The last told me my 2 year old alternator was bad. They installed a new one and of course the issue remained. I spent several hundred dollars and knew immediately when I picked up the truck that the "mechanic" did not have a clue. He told me "well you know these old trucks, if you park it for several days require you to disconnect the batteries!" A total fool. How many trucks would Ford sell with that disclaimer? Luckily I found Allan at West Erwin Automotive who removed the computer, opened the thing up, figured out the problem, repaired it and reinstalled it! He then re-primed the pump and now everything works GREAT. Less than $400 total. Alan is the last of a dying breed, a mechanic that can actually fix stuff! Most just swap parts but not Allan. I think he could fix just about anything. The shop lacks the glitz of other shops in town but have no fear these guys KNOW what they are doing. in the first 24 minutes of buying an RV from them there was no brakes at all. trailer brakes were…read morecorroded and not even connected. in the first 24 hours we had to replace the toilet that leaked - spoke with previous owner and they were aware of the issue with the toilet. never repaired before sold. in the first week, the kitchen faucet (that they claim to have replaced) needed replaced because of it leaking. the washer needed replaced had a small leak that we later found that flooded the entire garage floor, that then needed replaced. in the first month the outside faucet area now needs fixed. To say we are beyond disgusted with this place is an understatement. We expected issues with a used camper. but within the first 24 mins? ridiculous. this has been issued after issue. We came from 14 hours. they told us they would take care of the hitch being put in, then when we got here they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about, but did end up covering all but $200. I would NEVER EVER recommend buying from here.
