As we were wrapping up, the owner profusely apologized for our wait. They were very busy and also training some new people. The two staff members, both teenagers, barely paid attention. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp by the kitchen for 20 minutes before one of them brought us our food. One of them carried on a long conversation with another table as they knew them, and ignored all other tables, including ours. The other just played on their phone by the counter and didn't do anything until they decided to bring my wifes food out. They had brought me mine as soon as it was ready, so I'm not sure what was going on here. This soured our overall feelings on the establishment, and we've not been back since. This was about a year ago that this happened.
